Usually if you're going In here, you already know what you want or are already keen to how expensive all the clothes are. With that said, this staff couldn't be nicer.that's the thing about the Japanese denim culture; everyone is so damn nice. Everyone always makes you feel welcome. It's just a nice place to spend over $300 for a button up. Can't wait to go back.

Been shopping here for at least a few years now. I’ve probably placed a half a dozen orders to date. This team always makes sure items shipped in a timely manner & packaged with care.

These days we all need to support these small businesses & show them the respect when things don’t work out perfectly. It’s a pain for all businesses that deal with shipping companies & ultimately shipping issues.

It’s important for the consumer to know that once an items leaves the store it’s out of their hands. Patience and general understanding of shipping policies is a responsibility of the consumer. Getting package insurance is super easy these days & guarantees you won’t have a headache if an issue takes place.

Pretty major purchase (for me) of a Y’2 leather jacket was made worry and pressure/judgement free. Including, but certainly not limited, to post sale questions. The rare, but much desired, combo of being super knowledgeable, but NOT acting like jerks because they are so knowledgeable. I’d give this store 10 stars if I could. Thanks again.
