Soapy Joe's Car Wash - Mission Valley

Paid for the wash, it didn’t even clean the car. I had to wipe it clean with the wet towels. So I went to ask a worker if the $10 wash even cleans the car or if it does nothing, and he said no it doesn’t really clean the car. I was mindblown he actually admitted that. So what’s the point of having or paying for that service if they know, it’s not gonna do anything for the customer. I then called twice to try and get a hold of a manager to see what can be done and nobody ever called me back.

Close to me, Very friendly young workers, price is reasonable, monthly membership makes sense if you do 3 or more washes per month.

It's a good car wash to pick a song to blast and go through. Going through this puts my stubborn toddler asleep like magic. (The air freshener thingies they give you smell pretty good too!)

I was excited when they opened up so close to home, but they aren’t very good at upkeep. I went today and none of the vacuums worked at any of the open stalls. There were also no towels available in the buckets around the stalls I was parked in. I went shortly after opening on a Sunday morning.
Canceling my monthly membership as soon as I post this. It’s not worth it if I have to vacuum my car out at home anyways.

I love going to Soapy Joes car wash - overall, the facility is great and the customer service is pretty good. However, I have noticed a few issues that seem to be consistent among other customers. Several times, I've encountered vacuum stalls that aren't working and a lack of clean rags, as well as trash left on the deck. I understand that some people might not take care of the equipment properly, but it would be great if the staff could check on the equipment more frequently instead of just hanging out at the main area. Nonetheless, I still recommend Soapy Joes for their good service and overall excellent facility

Drove through and it didn't even clean my car, I had to drive-through again. No clean towels either!

3 lanes that converge into the one lane for car wash. Plenty of vacuums, only a couple don't work great. Always clean towels stocked by vacuums and the service is friendly. Solid deal to buy a membership if you wash your car at least 2 or 3 times a month and the membership works at all locations.

The annual pass is a great deal. I go through the wash twice every time, and it saves me tons.

Easy to use, vacuum and everything on site. Cost of membership is less then a carwash. They also provide a free air freshener when getting car washed.

I love how easy and generally quick it is to get in and have a nice clean car within minutes.

Bring you own microfiber towel!

They only have wet/dirty ones that the attendants claim to be clean. LOL.

I love this car wash chain. Great service at a good price. It only sucks when there's a ton of people wanting to do the car wash, so pick a good time and you're golden.

I like this location. This location does an excellent job of washing my vehicles. The vacuums have great suction to clean the dirt out of the carpet. The staff is getting better at staying on top of the towels at all of the stations.

This soapy Joes was one of the best I’ve been too, very smooth operations, get in and out. They had lots of towels to wipe off after the wash! Definitely recommend

Needed a car wash, looked up the closest location and it was mission valley! Stopped by and was in and out in a quickness, staff was very friendly and helpful, there were a lot of vacuum stations and towels provided to dry off after, very good price and car felt very clean. Ps the car fresheners provided for free smell great!
