This place is always busy. Packed on Saturday morning. Price nearly doubled last two years. Still woth visiting.

Awesome staff, always clean and quick! The staff member Elijah really helped me out in choosing a package deal!

Dominic and Nicky were very helpful with my first time at this car wash. Very good employees and mannerful. Will 100% be coming back to this place for their wonderful customer experience.

Waited in line for a long time. The card reading machines clearly don’t work as cars had to keep reversing and asking for employee help to process their payments. Once I finally got the wash, my car was still dirty! And there were no clean towels in sight. The return towel bins were overflowing and even strewn on the floor. For a more quality wash, I would recommend another location

AMAZING! I don't live live in sorrento valley but i always stop here driving back and forth from chula vista to irvine. Workers here are so accommodating and funny:)

Went in the early morning, everything was fine. Plenty of towels and fresh and friendly staff. Last time was around 7 pm and it was totally different Soapy Joe's that you want to stay away from.

By far the worst ever experience, I’m a monthly paying customer, made me wait for 2 ppl before and then on top of that didn’t guide me properly with neutral, I think one of worst things ever customer service experience
Stay away perhaps Saturday afternoon at least while gen z non empathetic lack of customer service workers are here

Outstanding customer service always reliable for a safe and clean car wash and free vacuum service, can not beat that for such a great cost too!

My favorite car wash location! Their machine cleans my car pretty well, and vacuum slots are always available,! No complaints.
