Soapy Joe's Car Wash & Oil Change - National City

Only two of four tires received tire dressing. About 2 out if 5 soapy Joe's has that problem ugh! I need to track down one of the workers to get dressing on the other two. Please fix the issue Joe. Thanks

Paid $35 monthly for over two years in this location but didn't see any of my tires shining except for other soapy joes branches and locations.

Carwash machine doesn't nicely wash and clean 4 tires compared to Oceanside Soapy Joe's carwash.

It would be best if staff members shadow how the Imperial Beach location keeps their incoming flow of customers. The I B location gets 5 stars

It was one of my most horrible experiences and you have people in line as you go through the carwash and they don't pull forward a car almost hit me and I almost hit a car in front if I wasn't honking is horrible

This is one of the soapy joes branch that i go to alot. They have the friendliest staffs, esp Raffy (hope i spelled your name right). For those who hasnt signed up for their monthly membership, you better do it now. Its really worth it. Btw i love the rainbow colors? Makes you feel there's a unicorn waiting at the end of the wash

I love the one in IB but it's closed for renovations. All the other locations are crammed and small with very few vacuums. I will start going to them again when I opens

Cleans the car very well. Appreciate well the free spot where you can dry thorough and use the vacuum. Every one’s polite and nice helping out!

Great, unlimited car washing packages are available. Although this place is regularly busy, the staff ensure that people get their deserved turn and they are always available to help.

This place is too small for the amount of visitors that come in, it needs more drying ports and that one to three to one lane conversion is flawed.

According to the employees, they do not carry the 5w-30 conventional oil. Had to go to Econo Lube N Tune for 5w-30 conventional oil, and saved myself $10.

In and out in the blink of an eye. The courtesy air freshener is the best. Everyone who comes in my cars goes crazy for the scent of the air freshener.

Beware! Machine caused a collision between me and 2 other vehicles. I was in the middle and the front veichle hit me and I hit the car behind me. Right away the worker ran over and stated that the front vehicle reverse and caused the accident. They made us exchange info and left it at that. They lied same thing happen to a friend and soapy joes said it was the cars fault because they reversed. The machine is defective and now looking into legal action.

Normally I like soap Joe… Bond in this one three stars because they close prior to 9 PM. Yesterday, I went to the Mira mesa soapy Joe’s and arrived at 8: 59 and they stayed open and let me get my car washed. This one needs to take lessons from the Mira mesa soapy Joe’s.

A great place to get your car washed however I think it's a little overpriced.for a couple bucks more you can get full service wash. I have the monthly plan for one of my cars that I drive for Uber but on my other car that I washed occasionally I just take it to full service. They used to be $5 but they abruptly raise their prices which is caused me to seek a different car wash at times.

Great car wash get your car wash super soapy, hot wax and your tires come out super clean, very nice friendly staff. You can get monthly deals and bring your car anytime as you want.

I have the mouthy subscription with these guys that used to be good at the beginning. 3 years ago but now they're conveyor belt is a lot faster and it doesn't dry as it used to my car. I just hope they slow down the conveyor belt so my car gets out dryer. I also hope they bring back there air nozzle to dry around the mirrors and around the windows. Other than that I like going to the car wash at least 4 times a week.

Best car wash i ever been to great deals awesome customer service and that guy Hassan always has a welcoming smile plus Mauricio is great and i can't forget Jae he was very helpful.

Their machines ripped a low profile factory antenna on a 2015 car. When we showed them they couldn't give a care. Won't be back.

Makes your car squeaky clean! The only car wash i trust that would actuallt clean my whole exterior. Might run out of vacuum spots sometimes

I work night shifts, so I come here early in the mornings on weekdays and this is the best time to come. I have one of those unlimited plans and I absolutely love it. I have access to any Soapy Joe's and I try to go once or twice a week. I especially love the self service as I get to decide how clean my car can be. The little air freshener makes my day, everyone loves how clean my car looks and smells. I will definitely continue to come back all the time!
