3Spoke with Glen over at Sober College. They were understaffed and had to bring someone new in to help with the point of contact information. Had a great conversation and got everything answered. I'm scheduled for November 1st classes and they worked out a six month payment plan for me. I'll keep this review updated as the process goes along. Settled a concerns I had with communication as well and am looking forward to starting classes.
No one gets back to me. I’ve emailed Angela, Glen, and Orion and not a single reply back. I’ve called an no responses. They have taken my money but yet I have not completed the last course. This is where the nightmare has begun with this garbage school. I needed an extension on the very last course 107. I paid them the extra 100 and never heard from them again. I lost access to the online courses and no response. I now am I applying for a school again and doing this all over again and lost out on 2499.
There's no way to talk to anyone on the phone. There is no way to go in person to the school even though covid protocols have ended. They take forever to grade stuff. There's no way for you to pay or see your own billing online.
