Soboba Casino Resort

Hotel was great. Had a Rad view of golf course. Hotel has its wn entrance into casino. There was so no food places all night at casino except a hot dog stand. You can only eat so many hot dogs.

This casino is just ok. Nothing exciting about it. And, a lot of sleazy customers! But they have recently added a few new slot machines!

If I didn't lose every time I put my players club card in I'd give it 5 stars because when I just walk in off the street in the am hours I tent to win large sums of money.provided I don't use my rewards card

Soboba Casino is the best entertainment value around. Friendly people, excellent gaming, beautiful setting, and fast developing area. Well worth it.

Haven't been here in years but it's actually a really nice place super clean love the gift shop it's really cool casino and I'm not even Big on Casino

Everything is good, I use to come here Tuesdays for Mexican live music but now it’s Thursday for live Latin music and honestly just not the same. Music is good but the sound system / equipment sucks.

Great experience, on and off the casino floor. The hotel part of it is another great experience. Ultra clean rooms with excellent amenities and the friendliest personnel.

The people who work here are far more attentive than the bigger casinos. Especially the dealers at the tables. Very friendly. They remember who u are and they acknowledge u. If u want a more personable experience than this is the place for u.

The food here is really good. Especially the tacos. Slots are pretty loose. Atmosphere is inviting. There are a couple bars. The prices are good. It is usually clean.

Hardly ever win here but I like the variety of the older games. Some of the employees are great. Specially Damaina in slots. She went above and beyond to fix my machine that malfunctioned in the middle of my free spins! Most of the staff at the Fairway Cafe are very polite as well.

I have been coming here for a while old and new and not have i found anything to complain about this casino. And i always get amazing results. No matter what the outcome.

I'm updating my review 7/23/21. I'm so disappointed in Soboba, I just found out I'm a Water card since May.it's sad that I asked for duplicate cards since May and the night shift kept giving me Fire and one of them that helped me was a supervisor. It still doesn't matter I'm not receiving anything being a Water card holder, Soboba rewards are nothing like other Casinos. I haven't been too other Casinos over a year and I still get better offers than what Soboba gives me. I was told by a reward supervisor on a Sunday well you, can't have both (meaning ' winning and receiving more freeplay) what kind of statement is that I ordered some food and because of the card I hold, I was asked, did I have a food voucher, wasn't aware that finally Water cards gets a $100 food voucher monthly and VIP parking which I never received ' when I was a Fire member and too mention just $15 in freeplay. My friends stop playing at Soboba because they are high rollers and don't win nor receive anything from Soboba. I will be filling a grievance and this will be my 2nd time on marketing and this time on the Rewards club. No one could answer my question, how was I a Water card and was getting duplicate Fire cards from the night staff and a supervisor, I'm a very dissatisfied customer ' I'll keep what I wrote bellow because I don't just give bad reviews. The day staff is awesome the reason why I changed my rating is because this is what Soboba Casino deserves for right now. The management is friendly and professional. Some but not all of the Security Guards are not professional & especially some of the women why do they act so hard knowing if they were on the street's they wouldn't act like that (cowards) Thumbs up to all the Staff at Soboba. I'm very satisfied with the friendly atmosphere.now the marketing department is not professional I filed a complaint & a grievance on them on October 29th, left numerous messages too the manager her name is Kate never once returned my calls. I would go in asking for the manager or Supervisor for marketing and it's ironic how everytime I would be told there not their. On November 29th I was told that they had been trying to reach me and I never answered, I have voicemail and not only that, not one call from Soboba was on my miss calls. Basically how they handle VIP gifts is unprofessional and I spend lots of money & I was told my free play is correct. Thumbs down to marketing. I Thank the slot manager for a Thank you, letter showing her appreciation.

Worst Casino Ever. It’s ok to lose money but if you win money, they will give you a hard time. The music is so loud. Lowest class ever. I regret so much to come to this place.

I spend about two weeks a month in casinos in southern California area, mostly San Diego county. This week I had more than doubled my money visiting Valley View, Harrah's, and Pechanga.then I made a horrible mistake by visiting Saboba tonight. It is impossible to to win anything worthwhile in this casino! And it's not like I don't have insight and experience in this area of gambling. Sabobas machines just don't let go of the dough! And the staff working floor are extremely rude. I'm just spoiled to the friendlier casinos on other reservations, I guess. Absolutely not impressed and I won't be giving this place a single penny ever again!

I've gone 3 times here and no luck on the machine s. Lots of slot I recognize cuz I stayed in Vegas, but these are diff. I might try playing 1 more time see if I get something, if not I'ma stick to the pool
