I had baseboards installed in my entire house and LVP installed in 1,827 Sq Ft.including stairs. To say the job went smoothly would be a stretch of the imagination, nightmare would be more fitting. I had to contact my sales manager many times letting him know the job was not property done, it was sloppy. He kept telling me they weren't done but that's not what the installer said. No one came out to inspect the job. Gaps were left between flooring and baseboards, baseboards were not matching seems. Stair flooring had major space between molding, which I would not let fly so it had to be ripped out and redone. My question was why wasn't it done correctly the first time. Said and done it came out great but that was after me staying on top of the job thank god I was my own foreman. I posted pictures.

Socal installed the flooring in my house. They rushed through the job and did not install flooring in the closets of the bedrooms. I asked what they didn’t do for the closets, and the response was it’s not in the quote. I feel like they didn’t put the closet in the quote because it takes a little more work to put flooring in a closet. They wanted to get in and out of the job quickly. I would not go with Socal Floorcovering again.

SoCal Floors is FABULOUS! I have never been happier with a major home project. My floors are stunning. I had my living room and kitchen/great room done. They demoed the old flooring and installed all the new. The wide plank white oak that Mike recommended is extraordinary looking. It opened up the living room and actually makes it look bigger. The tile installed in my kitchen/great room is a stunning hexagon Mexican design and extremely difficult to install. Israel and his team took meticulous care and time to do the job perfectly. The difficulty with this installation was no problem for him. A true craftsmen and a professional, as well as kind and friendly. They left the jobsite spotless at the end of each day and took great care when moving my furniture. Mike, the owner, took such personal interest care in my job. He'd call or text to check in along the way to see that I was happy with the work. He stopped by to check on the project himself. I would recommend SoCal Floors to anyone that wants perfect and beautiful floors with outstanding customer service!

I had a particularly difficult project with multiple manufacturer issues. The team at SoCal Flooring continued to be exceptionally helpful through each step and worked to get the project finished and looking great!

We were very pleased with the immediate response to the carpet concern we had with a few wear spots on our 2 years old carpet. Mike come out treating us with the greatest respect and understanding then contacted manufacturer for resolution. All that carpet was replaced not just a repair job!

I definitely recommend SoCal for carpet and LVP. Misael was my sales guy and he had answers to all of my questions and took a lot of time making sure I felt comfortable. I have custom stairs and a custom fireplace that needed special care and he took a lot of time talking through the process with me. Israel and his team of installers were meticulous with the details and cleaned up after themselves every day. They were a pleasure to have in my home and were considerate of my kids when they were here. Misael came in person to check out the job towards the end- he wasn't just a guy trying to make a sale which I think some salesmen are. Installers came on time every day and we loved the downstairs LVP so much we installed it upstairs and added carpet in each room as well. Super impressed with their professionalism and I shopped around a ton before making a decision.

Getting new flooring done while living in the home can be a major headache. But we received excellent service both from the owner and installation team of SoCal Flooring throughout the process. Israel and Sergio were able to minimize the disruption to our household, making a major project as pain free as possible. They were friendly, accommodative.meticulous and efficient. We are very happy with the quality of the product, as well as the installation process and would definitely recommend SoCal Flooring for any flooring needs.

Thought I'd give the business to s mom and pop shop. The sales guy was good but if he wasn't there, your lucky to get help. I was ready to order my flooring but after waiting 15 minutes and having to walk back to the offices to get help, I left. They were too busy talking amongst each other.

Needed carpet for a large home, was expecting to spend a ton. Sergio gave me a great deal on my carpet and installation. Install team was very professional and answered all my questions, finished ahead of schedule and ensured I was completely satisfied with the installation. Micheal Panettiere, owner of SoCal Carpets and Floorcovering was recommended by my good neighbor, Douglas Springer. Douglas Springer is an amazing realtor and has worked with Micheal Panettiere for several of his properties. It was time to change the style, color, and texture of my carpet from the "Waterfall" to "Hollywood" style look.
Micheal Panettiere is very knowledgeable and a wonderful person. Micheal spent time in helping me to choose the best carpet color for my stairs. He brought over several different styles, textures, and colors of carpet. He left a few samples with me to decide, which I really appreciated it. Micheal Panettiere has incredible customer service and truly understood what what type of carpet and color for my stairs. And, he made sure I was taken care of every step of the way. His carpet installer, Gordo, was very professional and did amazing job installing my new carpet. My new carpet (Hollywood style) is so soft with grey and white specks simmers in the light. It looks beautiful. I am very happy with the workmanship and the quality. Attached is a picture of my new carpet.

Mike, the owner, is a great guy. I had a water leak issue in my house that caused the replacement of my floor tiles. We got intouch with Mike at SoCal Flooring through the insurance company, and ended up doing all the floor tile and carpet in the house. The tile guys Isreal and his brother Sergio are the most professional guys I have dealt with. They were so good, I had them do my in-law's house as well. They were fast and accurate with the rectified porcelain tile we picked for the floors. I highly recommend them for any job.
