Dr Nixon was very thorough. He answered all my concerns and questions. He explained everything in terms that were easy to understand.

I got my first hearing aids from SoCal Hearing nearly two years ago. They were thorough, took their time with me, and made sure the hearing aids were set up just for me. They have me come back routinely so they can check then and provide updates. I’ve seen 3 different audiologists and all of them have been outstanding. I had no idea what I wasn’t hearing until I saw them!

I have been working with Dr. Leiterman for over 15 years. He is always available and takes the time to accomplish both the little things like cleaning my aids, or replacing them when necessary. He also will allow me to: try-out" any new aid that I might be interested in, because getting the right aid is important to him as well as to his patient.

I highly recommend Dr. Leiterman as a kind and caring audiologist. Today was my first visit and he spent an hour with me. He tested my hearing and then adjusted my hearing aids and explained everything that he did. He is thorough and extremely knowledgeable. I am so happy that I found him!

Dr. Leiterman and his staff are extremely professional and friendly. He patiently gave me another audiology test and then “recalibrated” my two sets of hearing aids with the updated settings.
I did not feel rushed, as he spent considerable time with me.
And his support staff are efficient and pleasant. They are eager to help when I drop in requesting a cleaning of my hearing aids.

Dr. Nixon is extremely knowledgeable, patient, personable and caring. I'm very happy working with him and other than the cost of parking, have nothing negative to say about my experiences at SoCal Hearing West Valley.

The office is very nice and the receptionists are exceptional. Dr. Nixon is excellent! My mother is 90 and obviously hard of hearing. The Dr explains everything concisely and patiently. He's very gentle and shows great respect to his elderly patients

Brought in my daughter to get custom ear plugs. She is a 3 year old that is traumatized from doctors and they were extremely patient! Great customer service I will defiantly be back!

Dr. Leiterman is by far one of the best audiologists I’ve worked with in the last eight years. His knowledge of correcting hearing loss and supporting the technology that provides it is head and shoulders above any other practitioner I’ve see. If you have hearing loss that can be corrected with todays technology I would recommend Dr. Leiterman.

I have always had an excellent experience with Dr Leiterman and all those who work with him. They are excellent on all the areas of hearing care. Their are very supportive of the hearing loss community. An added plus is they are never impatient and always pleasant. I always come away more than happy with the service I have received and more knowledgeable about my condition than when I arrived.

They did a great job in testing my balance and hearing to see if they could determine my vertigo issues.

This was an all around good experience. The office is neat and clean. The receptionist was very helpful. The Dr.asked good questions, explained things well and listened when I talked. I had my results and diagnosis in under an hour. I highly recommend this location.

Took my 90 year old grandfather here for an evaluation of his hearing. The doctor and staff were very professional and informative. The doctor spent a lot of time with my grandfather explaining his options and made sure he understood everything. I highly recommend Dr. Leiterman.
