Great service. Front is nice. Doctor is nice. Nurse there is nice. Love it here. My favorite place to go to. Thank you guys!

I made an appointment today to bring my infant son in for a cut he had that I wanted looked at. Upon arrival the office staff declined to treat my son due to him being under 1 year. And they told me to go to CHOC urgent care; across town. Mind you, I previously brought my infant son for an urgent care visit not even 2 weeks prior. My insurance directed me to this place because they are listed as being able to treat pediatrics. I wouldn’t consider this a pediatric doctor unless you can treat infants. Very upset.

I had a great experience today with my daughter at Socal Urgent Care. The check in process with Amina and Sana was quick and easy. They were very kind and helpful. There was no wait and they got us to the back quickly. Dr. Binh was awesome and so great with my little one. I would definitely recommend them if you need an urgent care visit while at Disney!

The staff was very nice and help me in a timely manner. Plus it’s open 24 hours which is great.

The staff was friendly and doctor genuinely take his time and diagnose the problem. He wasn’t rushing while there were people waiting. He makes small talks with my 5 years old even though my child was in pain. So thank you for making my child’s visit pleasant.

I was seen by Dr. Mehryan tonight and him and the staff there were very kind, swift and understanding. I was in and out so quickly and picked up my meds with ease. Hopefully I won’t need to return but if I am in need of an urgent care center, this is where I’ll be going. Thank you, SoCal.

Went there at 1am on an emergency for my son. Lupe was so nice and helpful. Doc made my wife and I calm and made sure the medication was sent before we left. Highly recommend this facility! If you ever need a clean, organized, and safe urgent care.

Everyone was very nice and professional and caring. I felt like they made my daughter feel comfortable at a time where she felt the worst and sick and scared they gave her the right treatment and now she’s safe at home recovering from food poisoning.

I made an appointment and was in and out very quickly. Felt like the doctor actually listened to me and was actively trying to help me. I would come here again!

Patricia was very knowledgeable and worked well with my difficult 5yo. Great advice and help!

The staff was very polite and understanding. The doctor was understanding to my needs and helped me with my gout pain.

I called and asked what time the urgent care would be closing at, and they responded with the time. I told them what time I would be in, they made up a note of it for me. Once I got there, the receptionist was really nice and really helpful with checking me in. The wait time wasn’t very long at all, and all the people who were’s they were really nice and helpful. This is my second time going to this urgent care, and I’ve had nothing but good experiences.

Walked in on 8/7 at 1: 06 pm. Filled in paperwork on the phone and asked the wait time. Was told “you are next”. There were 2 or 3 people in the room. Was called in by assistant at 1: 55pm. Did personal info and was taken to check up room at 1: 06 pm. At 1: 44 pm stepped out of room ask. Again, I was told “you are next” by a lady and a man who I think was the doctor. Cancelled and walked out. Zero stars is a better fit.

Fastest urgent care I’ve ever been too. Took care of me and understood what I needed. Both dr and front desk weee the best! Sadly can’t remember their names, but thank you!
