Very bad experience with the customer service representatives. They are rude and don't seem to listen. They don't care when there's a serious safety concern.

Raised my bill suddenly and then after I paid it, they turned off my gas. Had to wait q week for them to turn it back on. Terrible company, terrible customer service.

I have been trying to get discount on my Southern California Edison I sent proof my ssi my medical.all I keep hearing when I call them you have to do this and that, I removed the discount for no reason I always send you whatever you re asking for. I keep hearing different requirement in order for me to be the discount again. I hope you received what I sent and you asked for would take care of this problem.thank you

But I have to say that my mom had gas leek the manager of apartments ignored the gas leek so I had to call you SoCal Edison in less than 30 minutes employee came and fixed the problem I was very grateful and thankful to him fixing the problem and showing up in less than 30 minutes. I didn’t get his name I just want to thank him.

VERY impressed with the service. The technician (Zac), arrived on time, asked a lot of questions meant to remind me where gas valves might be (reminded me of two) checked everything thoroughly, inside and outside, replaced a valve and even checked the barbecue which was also leaking gas. Again, Thank you, Zac!

Always get a full fill and the pump resembles and works more like a gasoline pump. This makes it easier to insert and remove the pump from the vehicle than other natural gas pumps.
