GREAT! Arrived at 9: 23am and was out by 9: 49am. I completed the name change form online which greatly expedited the process! I didn't need to sign in online either. I filled out the form and they were able to find me with my ss#. The woman who helped me said "Thank you so much for filling out the form online! ". #NewlywedWin!

I went on a Wednesday morning and barely any crowd. I was in and out with 8 minutes! My reason for visit was an easy one but I was amazed with how efficient and quick they are. Definitely recommend.

This is actually the best ssa building in Southern California. Staff is friendly and actually do help people without bias from my perspective and I'm 'so-calledblack '

My wife is turning 65 soon and therefore applied for medicare and ssa benefits. A lady we spoke with was very knowledgeable and very pleasant to talk to. We highly recommend this place.

Got there at 8.45am and only 5 people in line ahead of me. Nice, welcoming staff, and efficient guy who looked after my SSN application (on K1 visa). The office itself is clean and new.
Left at 9.30am and there were only a couple of people waiting to be seen.

Cant remember the lady's name but she had insinuated right from the beginning that I was trying to manipulate the system because I was trying to increase my benefits. I'm young person on dialysis whose mother passed away and needs to contribute rent to my dad. She just assumed me and my dad were trying to scam the government and she looked like she was holding back a laugh. She doesn't know anything about us and jumps to the worst conclusion. Totally disrespectful and unprofessional

Only waited about 15 minutes without an appointment. There were only about 10 people there waiting while I was there.

Had a very good experience working with the staff at this office filing for SS retirement benefit for my husband. It was a little frustrating calling for appointments using their automated system at first. But once past through that hurdle and got a real person on the phone it went very well. Mr. Jimenez was very patient and courteous to help us set up a phone appointment which they will call to help with completing the application. On the day of the appointment, Mr. Cervantes called and patiently guided us through the questions and completed the application. He was kind enough to talk slowly as my husband's ability in English is lacking. The whole process went well and what a relief that was. We did not even have to go into the office during this pandemic time. Thank you, Mr. Jimenez and Mr. Cervantes for your assistance!

My name is Lauren Molina I been waiting for SSI benefits but they don't believe me being deaf they not approve me that why i been call these phone number and they keep said go talk to doctor and now i find out they lie about doctor that know what going on that they want get birth certificate that I can't hear now I did talk to the doctor said that they has to call my doctor the doctor said I not supposed to do that they supposed told him why I come over to my doctor now I call these again what up wish me lucky.

Don't ever use their service. They don't have information on hand and they are rude.

Requested an replacement SS Card thru their local office, was able to schedule an emergency appointment, staff and front desk security personnel were friendly and helpful. I am grateful of their assistance.

Hi, my name is Mitchell Smith and I am so angry at the person that answered my phone call. I was treated wrongfully and was verbally abused by the caller. If there is any way a supervisor can contact me that would be amazing.

My Social security card was stolen i spoke to a agent on the phone due to Pomona CA covid 19 closure his phone was very static and breaking up I informed him of this he was extremely rude and told me I already told you the information.ummm excuse me your phone is broken I can't hear you speaking it's static and breaking up. Then he acted like it's my fault his phone is broken. Very rude Call Center agents. Only dial that number if emergency otherwise mail, or if you can in person. Honestly, SSA call center not worth it. Better off alone. Sorry SSA, I expect better service. I would give a zero but can only do one. Shame, Just, Shame.

They are open to appointments only. Check their website before visiting. But the staff is very helpful.
