Got to office at 11: 15 am had to wait in line outside for ten minutes because inside was full, their is no worker manning the kiosk so some people were having trouble with what to what to do, causing more wait time. Only 2 windows open for the past hour and a half (11: 30am to 1: 00pm). I dont know if people were on lunch or if they were simply understaffed. There were easily over 60 people in waiting room and at one point 30 minutes had passed and no one was called. It's only "busy" at that time because less then a quarter of people are being called between 12 pm and 1 pm. After 1pm it seemed to pick up but still only about 3 workers. Finally around 2: 20pm I got called and I walked to the wrong window before I could say "hello" the woman at door 2 looked at me with spite and said "I didn't ask for you". I stated the tv said "window 2 not 2a" she again said "we are door 2 not window 2" irritated with this woman's attitude I began to walk away and stated "she could have kindly redirected me instead of being rude, and this is why you have people with attitude after waiting for 3 hours". Finally, when I got back to window 2a, the woman asked how she could help me and had me out with 13 minutes or so after putting I my information. This was not a good experience their are definitely adjustments need to made. Very disappointing.

The security guards need to take a class on what a dangerous weapon is, a bottle opener is not a dangerous weapon. All the unconstitutional directives they give is appalling, the mayor needs to address this but since this is the “free state of comifornia” nothing will ever change. The people need to take a stand against the government. The constitution was written to limit the government of what it can and can’t do, not we the people.

Today's wait time wasn't nearly as bad as usual- about half the normal wait time (we went in around noon). The staff were courteous and quick to direct us where we needed to go for our purposes.

They refuse to speak or help the elderly so direct them to online services when most seniors are not familiar with technology. Or they have them call the phone number and they are left on hold for HOURS. Had an appointment and were the only ones inside, and they still had us waiting for close to an hour.

It was quite easy to get in and out with only a minimum wait time. My only beef about it was the ridiculous security it has. I carry & use on a daily basis a pocket knife. There's a metal detector you have to go through to get inside & when I emptied my pockets to put on the tray I was told I had to leave it in my vehicle or lose it and I had to take my belt off too.

Standing in direct sun outside for hours in a line that isn’t organized at all. They only allow 9 people in the building. Most people are elderly or with kids, can cause heat stroke.

In and out within 3 mins and I'm not exaggerating. Yes you can do this quickly if you're not coming at the peak times of 9 when they open up. I came in at 1230 and it was chill. 2 people were ahead of me at most and I jumped one of them somehow. I requested another SS card. No appointment required as I was a walk in.

How the hell do you get an appt? Called the 800 number, said appointment, couldn't understand me, then it hung up on me. Geeze, what happened to service? Crazy bad service these days and to top it off I did try writing to request the document I need and guess what, didn't get it.
