15Well, other than the 2 and a half hour wait before I was called, once I was called, it went pretty smooth and was taken care of in a timely manner.
Lines can get a little long but they work fast and lines get down in as little at 25 minutes.
We called in to make an appointment, the woman we spoke with was very rude but also we asked a couple simple questions and she couldn't answer them. Then she told us to call back in another month. If your in customer service rudeness is not on your list
Called Customer service phone number Hemet office once reach a representative she transfer to another number forward to voicemail. Why is the appointments set for two months out! Just for phone interviews hello were not in a pandemic anymore. Ridiculous. Do better
I wish the DMV was as fast of a process. Got there early before they opened without an appointment for completing a social security card application (already filled it out online prior and moved from Canada). Security guards were very helpful (and funny) with instructions before entering, and the directing staff inside were very friendly as well. The customer service person was very efficient and knew what to do. A little hard to hear each other talk with the glass window in between and the distance but all good otherwise. I was in done in 20mins from when they opened. Thank you!
I have never felt so much disrespect in my life. If getting help means being talked down to and made felt useless, I'd never ask. Life is hard for my family now.
Overall positive experiences with most staff members. Most are attentive and diligent in their duties whereas others don't seem to want to work there or serve certain persons. Wait times are reasonable and rendered service is satisfactory relative to whom you speak with there. One negative point is staff members do not wear any identification badges. I often have to ask the employee's name but will often be provided the given name and not the surname which I end up asking for as well. That shouldn't be the case because customers should always know who they spoke to during appointments and it's unprofessional to not wear a name badge while working at a federal government facility. Accountability is key and expected!
Whoever jullisa Cortez is with cal fresh needs to get more training on her knowledge of her job, she is very unprofessional and Is not out to help the community
Both the representative, Mr Hidalgo and the Security Officer, Mr Aragon, were professional, respectful and efficient. Security did an excellent job keeping order on a very busy day. No wait for our pre-scheduled appointment.

Shoved in, told 'their in a hurry', then shoved out but, took care of everything I needed to for that visit.
EXCELENT service! I went this morning, half hour before the opening time because I didn't have an appointment so I didn't know what to expect. All the staff and the security guards were very polite, and they have everything well organized! In less than 20 minutes I was done! THANK YOU!
My son just visited this location to get a social security card for his minor son. What a fiasco. 1.5 hour round trip. One hour waiting even with an appointment and he had to deal with idiotic, illogical, unprofessional people. My son read and knew all the requirements from the online information, he came prepared and even brought his minor son along with all the paperwork. The staff did not know what their own site says about what is required. Said a birth certificate is inadequate and the school id is better id and required for a social security card. These people were rude, inept and completely unprofessional.
Whether it's by phone or in person, the staff at this location are extremely professional, friendly and are efficient.
People are not very friendly at all. The problem with SSI is that they're not very friendly.
