Awesome and great customer person at widow 1 was very professional and helpful really appreciate.

Worst experience ever at any government agency in the United States. This lady officer just started shouting at me for no reason. I am a student and had all the paperwork, yet she kept insisting on some other paperwork. There is always a way to speak and she obviously was not mannered enough to talk properly. Only when her manager stepped in, was when she realized that she didn't need anything more. After that, I politely tried to ask another question, and she shouted at me again. The lady was clearly incompetent and I should have probably asked someone else to handle my case.

The place is nice, the security officer and agent were nice but the “mgmt/supervisor” needs to be fired. He was unethical and did not follow the guidelines listed on the website at all and kept making stuff up. He wouldn’t even give his employees or his customers respect and turned his eyes away as if he had a person mission to screw people. He is making us get silly paperwork which is less official than all the ones I have. I wish I knew his name so I could get him fired. So unethical and not representative of the US Government.

Arrived at 11AM, queuing for about 1 hour, the staff is friendly, and there is a parking space.

I visited to change my last name around 10: 30 on Monday. It took about an hour. They were all kind. In particular, the security guard helped me kindly and quickly.

Schedule your appointment for the first thing in the morning, if your appointment is 9: 00 you need to arrive at 7: 00, that is what I did and I was the third in the line. They resolved my issue in about 20 min, very quicly no stress.

Extremely organized and quick. Early morning, right when it opens is the best time to visit.

I think they should have more people working so they can finish faster. We don’t want to spin hours to get attended especially on your day off from work I was there for 3 hours with my son the lady who helped us she was great security guard is awesome

I had a great experience today! Came in for a new SS card for my son. The security guard clearly explained the criteria for everyone waiting outside and once inside, my wait was no more than 5 minutes. I was in and out in about 15 mins total.

The clerks here are rude and think I am overstaying illegally without reading my profile.
The security at the gate is very good.

They are not friendly at all, and they care very little about people. They seem to be serving robots, not humans.

Simply not possible to get through on the phone to make an appointment, get help on the phone - nothing. So happy to see my tax dollars being poured down the drain.

I couldn’t be more grateful for the mission viejo social security team. Mrs Hern*** supported my mother and father with their application which turned out to be more complicated. She remained so patient, professional and kind the entire way. The process just took a couple weeks to wrap up. So very grateful.

Security guard who works the front is a complete dumb&$$ and super rude. So many rules and only like 7 windows open. Never coming back

No person wants to spend any time with you. Always pass you on to someone “ who will get back to you” they could care less.
They know they cannot be fired!
