13 Rude people! One woman needed to know if my bank was a brick and morter bank, and gave me this well other people have had issues with that bank. She shouldn't be giving any options, because I've banked with them 10 years and no problems! Then the 2nd call a guy that rude from the beginning, and asked a question I've never been asked. So I questioned it. He got rude, and said "just what are you calling for! " I told him he was rude, he said I said what are you calling about. I asked why he was so rude He said " WHAT ARE YOU CALLING FOR I SAID! " I
asked for a Superviser, He said NO YOUR NOT TALKING TO A SUPERVISOR, and hung up. Then waited 35 minutes, and the system hung up on me.
Finally I got a very nice lady even let me vent. Finally got my thing done, and she was awesome
I don't expect anyone to give me an opinion unless I ask
for one. I felt like she was trying to change my mind not to change my bank. I don't expect anyone to kiss my but, but treat me human, and let me conduct business and end the call. Obviously 1 out of 3 were hired from some 3rd grade class of rude children. As for the other lady Thank you for being so nice, and jostled me do what I need, and end the call. She needs to train these people
I went in today and I stood in line for almost 2 hours. When I finally got to the reception lady, and explained that I wanted to apply for long term disability she said that I needed to make an appointment to either call or apply online and that applying online would be a lot faster. I asked how long the process takes and she said it would take over a month even if I applied online and that I had told her I was in desperate need because my benefits were going to run out from my disability. Why do I have to apply online when I’m already in the social security office with all of my paperwork I don’t understand why you can’t just help me when I’m already there? There was hardly anyone even in line in the middle of the day.

This place is the worst I was told that my number was called two time and they couldn’t tell me who called I asked for a supervisor and they never answered.
Oh my God I've been here for two and a half hours waiting for someone to get helped this is ridiculous they must have the stupidest people working there
I went there at 7: 30 am I was the first person to reach there I waited for 2 hours after waiting for 2hrs a lady told us to go to other office …. She was in a very aggressive mood … she behave very rudely … she had a zero professionalism…. (4/20/23) 9: 10 am …. Worst lady I have ever meet
The man who took care of me told me that I could be deported if I didn't carry my work permit at all times.and I gave him my ss insurance and my license to do my paperwork
I went to apply for my retirement benefits and got approved what better news could I ask for?
I had a phone appointment today at 1 and missed my first initial call. I called the number back, no one picked up so I hung up and immediately received another voicemail from the same representative, the recording was unclear but he said something like he is closing my case and to reconnect with disability. Both calls were 10 minutes apart. The number he called from was unreachable so I called the arrowhead office. He was the only person taking calls that day because he picked up all my calls. First call, I thought I had my son ssn with me but I didn't so I told him to hold because I know I have it near by. He was super rude and unprofessional. He stated that there are many callers and to call back and immediately hangs up on me right when I found my son ssn. I call back again of course and he picked up my call again. I repeated the same thing that I had an appointment today at 1 and missed it and its for my son. When he asked for my son ssn, I ask for his name and again he immediately hangs up on me. Through the two voicemail that he left me, the two calls that I was able to make, he never introduced himself so I don't know him name. Today is not his day but to treat me this way, he should not work in customer service, especially in the disability department.
They are so unproffesional. I sent my wife to help us get some information for a disabled son that we have. They instead threaten to arrest her and take away our child.
I was there today to get a copy of my SS card, the wait was kind of longer than I expected but what I noticed while waiting is the way that the security guards at the front door addressed everyone, they had such a welcoming demeanor even after the whole questionnaire about having anything illegal or firearms, and here to commend their attitude with the community here in San Bernardino, and when I got to the window I was taking care and was very pleased and did not even mind the way at all.
It was good I didn't have to wait very long less than 30 minutes I was in and out just for a award letter.
I went to SSA on December 28,2022. I went there to get a replacement SS card. There were about 10 people ahead of me at 8: 47am. They opened at 9: 00, I went through security and they called my number within 5 minutes. I did my business and was out of there at 9: 23. I believe it was a perfect day to do that. The employees were very efficient and pleasant. I already received the card in the mail. I had a great experience!
