This place is horrible I’m 73 years old suffering from a severe illness It’s not okay to make people suffer like this.it’s very hot stuffy here there’s a lot of people, they take years to call you and help you with anything they give you a number make you wait till they call you back then send you back to wait longer than the first time till they call your name. What’s the point of that? Can’t sit because you’re right on the person next to literally sitting on each other. I don’t like it this place needs improvement most definitely. This place is a mess dumpster!

WAS IN HOLD FOR HOUR & HALF. PERSON WHO ANSWERED WAS CORDIAL & HELPFUL. SSA SCREWED ME OUT OF SURVIVORS BENEFITS. SSA NEEDS TO HAVE DRASTIC CHANGES. EMPLOYEES NEED TO LEARN RESPECT.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Some of these staff are completely unprofessional. They have disabled people sitting here for hours only to tell them there’s nothing they can do to receive their benefits, when in fact there’s always something that can be done. This location 640 W Locust Ave Fresno California 93650 is horrible I highly do not recommend visit this location.

I was unable to get my request resolved online. Went in on a Friday 245 PM and left by 445 PM. Used the kiosk upon arrival and security did a quick review of my bag. Their process was very efficient. My questions were resolved ~ no further items to address.

Decided to take my chances as a walk-in and am so Thankful, I did. My Wait time took 30 minutes at the most, way better than what I expected

Ami who answers the phones lies and lies and lies. I called twice yesterday and each time was told something different. Weird as the second time I just called for clarification. Today I called to see why they didn’t call between 8-9am like she told me. And she told me she never told me that. She really needs to get fired.

Advised to to make an appointment online and complete my request online but neither are possible although they let you go through all the steps before refusing. Waiting room was completely packed yet there were only two windows open to serve everybody. Office does not answer their phone even though they say they answer questions over the phone.

Horrible service dmv runs faster then these clowns. Over 2 hour wait and they have not even called my letter once. Save yourself time and headache make an appointment

Waited for about an hour and half without an appt. I was able to change my name fairly quickly once I was called to the window. Should be expecting my new SS card within 2 weeks. Overall a good experience.

My son in-law is at the social security office right now. He has been confused and is disabled since Covid. These people insist no one can go in for this appointment except him. How do you interview a confused man and what are you going to have him sign? !

They gave me an appointment for 2 months later. Am I happy? Maybe not, but at least I have an appointment.
