This is the worst experience I ever had. They are calling the number random, you will never know when is your turn. And people behind window doesn’t know what they are doing. They just wanna you leave quickly. I went there twice the same staff she give me the different answers.waiting for over two hours just give a chance hear them say nothing they can do. It’s very frustrating.
I'm starting to believe they purposely deny calls. The call rings it gets answered but gets hung up instantly.
One of the best offices in the city, the wait time in shorter than most and they try to get you in and out the fastest they can.
A place for regular inexpensive bar food cuisine. I love the ladies it's always full of lovely and beautiful women. Substantial amount of pool. Nice selection of tunes on a jukebox. And the TVs are large amounts and aesthetics with Good sports programming. Brews and drinks libations are moderately priced.
It's not bad for a place no one wants to be in the first place. They get you in and out as fast as they are able to. Better than most Social Service offices.

Help place for the population of Orange, where the staff assists you from the door and gives you a number to help you, many people requesting to be assisted and even so they were fast and friendly (in my case) the bad thing is the abusive and arrogant way they a person yelled at a person (he wasn't serving her or anything, but he does work there) and then left. Unfortunately.

I came to apply for food stamps I honestly think they should treat more people with respect I got helped by a Asian lady short skinny black hair so rude to me in the office. It's there job to help and not he rude doesn't matter what race.
Now the SSA procedures are much faster. They only let in people who are going to carry out a procedure, and for the delivery of envelopes it is in the mailbox at the entrance and they no longer stamp the envelopes with the date as they did before. It is very organized and that makes the process much faster. It took me about 30 minutes from when I went in and out. Of course, the time depends on the procedure of each person.

The social workers don't call back. Neither do the supervisors. These ppl are the worst.
You literally have to go in person in order for anyone to take you seriously.
