Mike arrived out to clean my Tile and grout, it looks amazing. The grout lines were black before. I endorse him.

The staff is essential with all my questions. I once thought they had lost an article of clothing and they were ready and willing to reimburse me no problem. I found it a few hours later and call them to apologize but they were understanding. My clothing had always been cleaned and delivered as promised.

Was 100% pleased with the carpet clean! The result makes the carpets look new again and previous stubborn marks were also removed! Happy with the job! Thank you

DO NOT USE THEM. Did major upsell on type of service, then performed job super fast. Windup is sofa not cleaned properly and they hang up on you (twice) when called to complain. Also dont take credit cards - so there is no recourse.

This "company" may be the worst company I've ever dealt with! Not sure how this business is being run. I was asking for a sofa disassembly and reassembly and they gave me a time 2 hr window that a technician would come. I waited over 8 hours for them to come, each time the clueless operators would say they're "caught in traffic". They guaranteed that a tech would come early the following morning. Again all day we waited.
You're on hold calling all day, and then get disconnected.
I've called 2 days off of work for this sham company.
If you call them, cross your fingers, it may or may not happen.

I just called them again - the latest update, after excuses about car accidents etc, is that "Adam" the technician is not licensed to work with sofas. Sofa Doctor does NOT work with sofas.

The appointment was scheduled from 2 - 4. At 4, no one had called me, so I called them. 'He's on his way'. I called 4 more times and every time 'Wait there - he's on his way. ' At 5: 15, I gave up. What a waste of time.

They are the best people ever! Competently and quickly. They are without a doubt the greatest in the region. They saved my expensive rug today, and I can't thank them enough for that. Since I've been a customer of this company for a while, I wouldn't trust anybody else with my couches and carpets.
