Sofi at Topanga Canyon

I like the location, and used to love it here, but the past few months since new incompetent management arrived this place has tanked. Elevator out of service for over a month with no continued communication of when its going to be fixed. The northern access door has been broken since i can remember. Want a warm shower? Good luck. Spotty water temperatures. Maybe if management is replaced or they get their act together, this can be the great community it used to be and can be again. But for now, if you're planning on moving here, dont.

Riko the building manager, and Tiffany the leasing are always extremely helpful. However the building offers hidden charges monthly for all kind of surprises that might appear along you're stay. Building comes with insects and the resident gets charged for requesting pest control. If charges are not caught in time you loose them with a no refund respond. I would ask questions like what's included with the rent, and what is not.

Literally only 2 guest parking spots in this entire complex. If you want to have guest over they will need to park about a mile away so guest should probably be in shape before getting an invitation to your home.
