Sofi Dublin

I had the pleasure of talking with Marisol over the phone and came down for a tour. She was very knowledgeable and professional. She even had those soft skills that aren't often appreciated in interacting with the public. She was kind and caring and went above and beyond.

Then, when I met her and toured the unit, she was just a pleasure! She shared the fact that my applying for various apartments can cause "soft hits" on my credit. I've owned a home for the majority of the last 23+ years. Applying for apartments is new to me. She was very helpful, and that made such a difference in my experience. I felt encouraged and empowered to make the best choice for my family and for myself. My tour was very helpful in aiding to make my decision. Marisol does more than just show apartments. She wants people to be happy with their decision and empowered with the knowledge to do so. I'm looking forward to applying to Sofi and having Marisol as my manager and fellow member of the community.

My family and I have lived here for five years. We enjoy the layout of the community which allows for lots of walking paths and greenery. Our unit has a large patio in front where our kids can safely play. Management takes great care of the property, and is always quick to attend to any issues. They've held several community events, although we haven't been able to attend due to the timing.

It’s going on three years now and I couldn’t be happier. I feel safe, a part of the Sofi Community, a valued member, and have gained so many wonderful friends and neighbors.

While there is still the ongoing issue since my arrival, I felt I could and did refer a best friend to Sofi and she is now my neighbor!

Management and maintenance are incredible, so kind and professional and are all so attentive.

I love the community events Sofi puts on and how much fun they are in our diverse community.

I love the vegetation surrounding our entire community and it okayed a big factor in my choosing Sofi.

All of the amenities are fabulous, such as two pools, kid’s park, doggy park, and gym.
