Drew the new maintenance tech is awesome. Came right away and helped us with a leaking ac. Hope to have this maintenance tech with us at all times.

Great staff and quick to respond to any concerns. Maintenance is top notch especially landscaping.

A great place to live, the area has alot of great restaurants & the ppl who work at the office are super nice / helpful.
S/O to Larry for always coming through to fix stuff when things weren't working 100%. Only downside I have is that during the summers it does get a bit hot and the A/C thats provided in the apartment I was in were pretty old looking and wasn't the best mordern A/C in my opinion.

Great experience. Wish they had more storage but overall happy with the staff and my little place I call home:)

I recently moved away from Sofi Poway. My family and I lived there for 8+ years, through several changes of management and believe that corporate is on to something great. They started, it seemed with a staff that had to deal with huge amounts of stress over myriad flooding conditions, including our apartment. Unfortunately, it kept flooding with each successive major storm, culminating in mold issues. They DID NOT handle this well. Fortunately for Sofi, managment changed hands, and the community improved immensely. Maintenance requests evolved, grounds improved, and foremost, present management is effective and quite impressive - especially the assistant manager. When you walk through the grounds, the setting is garden-like. Like aquatics? There's a pool and leisure area to die for, with lots of cabanas, BBQ's stations, and tables for socializing. There's only one dog park, but hey, there's a dog park! - where you can pick-up a new fur-friend if you like.

Poway is really a jewel. It's a beautiful city when you can find your way around using the back roads. I loved visiting the cemetary to sit in peace and listen to the horses neigh, and the flutter of hummingbirds. I tried exploring every once in a while to find the highest lookout place to find the whole of Poway and when I did, it was breathtaking. I hope you find yours.

The leasing agent Sam I believe was really great with being resourceful even tho I wasn’t approved for the apartment. However, beyond her control the office was lacking and I’m still waiting on my refund after a month.

UPDATE:
Received refund aprox 7months after applying.

Scheduled an apartment showing and got stood up. Being rejected by an apartment leasing company has to be a new low for me. Thanks guys.
