Always a pleasure to go to the dentist. Thought I would never say that, but it's true. Dr Ali and all the staff are wonderful.

I have a pretty severe anxiety history about going to the dentist. The staff at Soft Touch continues to be patient and kind. They are consistently undoing years of trauma related to the dentist. I’m never switching dentists!

I can’t say how they are in price comparison but everything else is IMPECCABLE! So incredibly friendly and the atmosphere is PERFECTLY posh! Hopefully I can get the opportunity to rate their work, but I just went for a consultation. Oh and they were able to see me the following day from calling to schedule! No weeks of waiting.

It's only just begun. I walked in and instantly greeted by the friendly and SMILING staff. I felt welcomed and valued. I have confidence in the doctor and soon will be able to smile once again.

I'm grateful I found Soft Touch Dental. 6 years ago they did hours of repair on half my teeth and I went to work the next day. I felt confident to take my son there, and they have helped him greatly. The staff goes beyond in their genuine kindness and care. A very friendly front desk and we built a bond of trust immediately. I suffer intense anxiety just thinking about the dentist and I have had life changing work done here. This is the best place you could choose for anything you need. (This is my friend’s device.) I am Dr. Julia Taylor. Started seeing this dentist in about April 2023. Went to him because he does implants & he advertised a promotional rate. He started on the implant which was for one tooth. He identified a whole slew of other problems: requiring mostly crowns. My total bill, which I paid him, was over$15,000. I had received cortisone treatment which I suspect cracked my teeth, therefore they needed repair. Mostly I was happy with his work prior to today, although I had to go back on several different occasions in order to get the work completed. There wasn’t much concern over “completing” anything while I was there. For example, I had a crown put on in the very back of my mouth, #31, and the edges were so sharp they were like shards of glass cutting into the meat of my mouth. When I returned the next day, they did file down those edges. All of this happened because of their claim to be good at implants. Finally, the day to finish the implant work arrived: August 1,2023. When they finished the work that day, they said to me: “you will need to use a water pick to clean the tooth”. I thought this was a bit odd, they didn’t say this before. It seemed strange to me that I had so much space between my crown and gum line, but this was my first implant, so I didn’t have a frame of reference. I have been suffering from continuous UTIs since this work started. I saw my urologist right after the crown was put in. He told me he had recently had a crown for an implant installed, and he thought if I left the crown floating in there like it was that I would have severe problems later. Therefore, the next day I went to another dentist to have it looked at. He told me he thought that the implant was quite small for that big of a tooth. However, he did not want to redo that, but he did want to redo the crown. He told me that the abutment for my crown was too tall and that is why the crown was essentially “floating”. He wanted me to have him redo the crown for about $2,000 using a custom made abutment, instead of the real tall one that didn’t fit. The next day I returned to Soft Touch, since I had made an appointment the previous day. The dentist there re-examined me— keep in mind he did this August 1,2023 so should be fresh on his mind. Anyway he proclaims his work as perfect and does not have a problem with the craters surrounding it, not meeting my gum line. He became so outrageous that he told me he would call the police to have me kicked out of his office. In other words, he had no intentions to fix it and make it right. They required payment up front for this in May, 2023. It also has a 5 year guarantee. What happens now with my 5 year guarantee for all of the $15,000+ work that was done? Does this mean he is renigging on that guarantee. That’s all I can think that it could mean. Can you imagine, After ALL of this work…he throws me out of his office and refuses to fix the gaping hole? !

Dr. Ali and staff are excellent. I’ve been going here for 20 years! And, the quality has only improved. They’ve got state of the art technology that allowed me to get my crown in one visit, albeit 4 hours, during which time I was checked on and catered to.
I recently changed insurance and even though new insurance was worse, they honored the price old insurance would have been. Literally saved me over $500.
Definitely recommend Soft Touch dental.

This place is a breath of fresh air after dealing with multiple awful dental experiences <3 A cozy environment and like the name entails, they are very considerate of their patients and gentle. The hygienists are always very kind and friendly and I always feel that I am good hands <3

Look no further- truly a 5 star experience. Thank you Dr Fakhimi and Sheryl and all the staff. Dr Ali did my full mouth reconstruction with multiple implants, root canals and crowns. I no longer have pain, I can eat comfortable and I can’t stop smiling. I receive nonstop complements on my smile. My work was completed 1.5 years ago and I am truly thankful. I brought in my 84 year old mother 6 months ago for denture consultation and Dr Fakhimi completed her all on 4 procedure last month. She’s also over the moon as she can now eat comfortably and is pain free. Thank you guys from the bottom of our hearts.

I wasn’t expecting to have the procedure done the same day as just scheduled for an implant consultation. But was convinced to have implant and also the new crown for the tooth next to it… the entire procedures only took about an hour. This Dr is amazing. Not only he has a soft hand. I’d say a magic hand. It’s all done before you know it… WOW
