All carpet from upper units taken out only laminated flooring does not buffer stomping tenants, dogs urinate on planters and on building corners, must watch where step throughout common areas including walk ways in front of you own apt.dog feces and rocks from plant beds constant walking HAZARD

I lived at soji for a little over a year every time I've had a problem the issue was fixed fast and prompt the only problem that I have is with other residents not willing to do their part to make apartment living the best it could be

Did a pressure washing job for them 2 months ago and still haven't been paid for it, untrustworthy women who take advantage of small business’s. Apartments are in poor condition

Got stood up twice for showings here. Called multiple times with no answer once at the gate. Then when I spoke to them again, they had already rented the unit I was coming to see and never said anything.

Do not move here. From Armando all the way up to Jorge in corporate, pure incompetence. This place the WORST. They rip you off with overinflated utilities. There is no insulation, freezing in the winter, and sweltering in the summer. You will hear everything from adjacent apartments. The laundry rooms are atrocious, absolutely filthy. Machines were always broken. I could go on forever, do yourself a favor and run far, far away from this place, take your hard earned money elsewhere. Thank you.

I put a deposit down on a unit i wanted, i was not informed i was getting leased an apartment i had not seen because the one i saw was rented out, they said i would get my money back and its been months, Armando didnt show up to my appointment to pick up my check in person, he said it was mailed in December and i still have not received any money back, its ridiculous theyre deceiving and shady

I have a appointment today at 1pm they didn’t show up video virtual nor FaceTime and everything

I had an appointment at 11: 30am with Armando he didn’t show up and he didn’t even answer his phone and no one els was in the leasing office, the owner needs to have someone responsible to take care of the property

So many hidden charges.months after i left the unit they’re charging me for utilities. End of contract, you wont get your deposit on full, they will rip you off on some unjustifiable charges, paint and cleaning particularly. Shame on this management.moss are building up on the bed room and closet especially winter. Utilities are keep on increasing and doesn't justify it’s price.
