Update: Struggling to get tenant a working key to building from lease signing and hasn't been solved yet. Persistence is looked down upon. They will be accommodating but won't hesitate to remind you. Review your lengthy leasing agreement, preferably with tenants rights advocacy or legal counsel before signing prematurely. Questions were answered in a manner best described as simultaneously courteous and condescending. There is certainly room for improvement. Curious to see how many concerns raised in other reviews will be present in the future. Will update as necessary.

Your receptionist Chanelle is the best Sola has ever had since Sola took over my property unit. And Marisela is the best property manager that I've had since Sola took over the property and I never wanted to talk to any of the receptionists or property managers ever but now I'm satisfied, keep them. I have good communication now. If they go. I go.

I really appreciate the staff for assisting me with coordinating any maintenance issues, building security and the contributions of sola impact. Great job Sola!

Living here has felt like I live in a jail or a community shelter. You can’t do anything you can’t have anything they don’t do anything about anything horrible look elsewhere.

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE INTO SOLO RENTALS GTHEIR PROPERTIES IDC IF THEIR NEW THEY DO NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONER AND IF YOUR HANDICAP LIKE MYSELF THEY TOLD ME TO PUT MY ELECTRIC WHEELCHAIR ON THE PATIO I BEGGED THEM TO LET ME OUT THE LEASE IDT NO ONE FROM HOUSING INSPECT THESE APARTMENTS THEY PROBABLY TOOK THEIR WORD ON IT BEING A NEW APARTMENT AND PAiD THEM DOUBLE 4,000 dollar FOR DEPOSIT FOR 338SQFT THEY DONT HAVE REASONABLE ACCOMADATION FOR ME I COULD FALL AND BREAK MY NECK THEY KEEP HOLLARING ABOUT THE 1ST FLOOR WHAT DIFFERENCE DOES ITS MAKE IF IT THE SAME SQ. My experiences with sola has been great. Ms Bradley is amazing she is definitely a women of her word. The team worked fast kept me up to date every step of the way. Thank you sola for everything.

All I can say is Ms. Jackie went above and beyond customer relations. Walking me through the rental application process was a breeze! No matter whether it was by email or phone communication was always on point. I can’t wait to move into my new place and it’s thanks to Jackie! Keep being a vibrant and caring person you have no idea how majorly you helped me out Thanks so much!

It has now been over 48 hours and we have no hot water on our property. Sola rental has not taken any action to fix the problem. ****Update**** It's has now been over three months now and I still have not had my repairs completed. I hate being this person but I am truly starting to believe that SOLA is discriminating against me because I am a Black Queer Tenant. Not only do they want to not give me the repairs that everyone else has, but I am lied to constantly. I email and email and email, I call and call and call and my cries go unheard. I am currently seeking legal action because simply I don't have any support and I have no help.

Wow! I have been searching for an organization such as this for a very long time. The level of commitment they exhibit is truly amazing. SoLa rentals ACTUALLY CARES! Other organizations should follow their level of dedication and professionalism. In addition, SoLa rentals goes above and beyond the typical expectations that one would hope for. I never knew that, once you are in your residence, they also provide you with all of the things you would need to improve your quality of life! Yadira Hernandez is an absolute GEM! I may find myself thanking her for years:)

Thomas first contacted me with enthusiasm in his voice that you just dont find much of these days. Then Jackie gave me a follow call within an hour of Thomas's call to guide and assist me filling out Sola's rental application. She was so kind, considerate, patient and knowledgeable that it was no coincidence her enthusiasm matched that of Thomas's. Its a lot of responsibility to be on either end of a housing application and I am blessed to have the staff and agency of Solarentals assisting me in getting housing. Jackie Solano is the absolute best not only did she help me take care of a residental problem but i was having a really bad day and she helped me to calm my nerves and depression and deescalated the anxiety i was having. She time out her work day to make sure my mental state was good before continuing with the matter. The world needs more people like her i believe for sure shes an asset to that company your lucky and in good hands if you get her to help with anything involving Sola. She was also very informative about the other services and referals that Sola offer.if anyone with that company deserves a raise its her for sure.thanks Jackie.

Sola Rentals helped me out a lot with my apartment the process was quick I was helped every step of the way I’m really thankful for sola rentals for giving me a chance Other programs wasn’t help or informative but sola rentals took their time with me.

I am literally sitting here waiting for the so called maintenance worker to come and make the repairs that I have been waiting on since the day I moved in to this (New Building) and once again nothing, Honestly I am sick and tired of being lied to. My electricity does not even work properly amongst other alarming issues. I read reviews of this business a year ago before I moved in and I wanted to not believe what I was reading because I try not to be bias when dealing with anyone or anything. But I have to say now that this seems to be the going rate with this company and the lack of actual professionalism is very evident. But one thing about me is I am not nobody's fool. I think they based their level of respect and care and professionalism on a fixed mindset basis and that is just appalling and insulting to say the least. But I am glad that I am fortunate enough to know how to approach these situations and so I will take another route besides constantly running into this insane situation of cat and mouse.

They treat me like family.and i can tell my family and about sola rentals nowbi can say that i have new family now love you guys
