Solamonte Apartments, Rancho Cucamonga CA

This residence which seems at first glance luxurious but when you live there it is really normal if you are on the 3rd floor there is no elevator.
The apartments are rather dark and the place is increasingly ghetto
In addition to the recent breakage of mailboxes, almost everyone can enter the residence hall by car and, above all, leave it because the gate opens without beeping from the inside. Is the place secure!? Wonder.
The rental prices are far too high in relation to the quality of services in general.

The Apartments are nice! But Management is something Else we pay enough rent just like everyone else for them to come and kick us out from the pool area pretty much and asking our 2 Guest to leave or we can wait on the other side of the pool behind the gate so if you have more than 2 kids these apartments are not for you. So pretty much they wanted us to leave our kids unattended how are we going to watch them over the gate!
Also if you like to listen to music with your speaker at the pool this place ain’t for you either the people next to us couldn’t even hear it I guess that’s an issue to. Miryam is rude and has a snobby attitude.i never write reviews like this but it’s upsetting that you can’t invite a friend or friends that have more than 2 kids Because that’s not ALLOWED. We weren’t the only ones complaining either. So SHOP around!

DISCRIMINATION AGAINST PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES IS ILLEGAL AND HARMFUL. PLEASE EDUCATE YOURSELF AND YOUR STAFF ON EQUAL HOUSING RIGHTS AND CIVIL RIGHTS AGAINST DISCRIMINATION. IT HURTS ME EMOTIONALLY AND PSYCHOLOGICALLY TO BE TREATED THIS WAY. PLEASE RECEIVE IMMEDIATE TRAINING ON UNLAWFUL DISCRIMINATION IT IS YOUR DUE DILIGENCE.

Mariam Gonzales is the sweetest person in the office she has a great customer service. She is also very honest and always willing to help people in the apartments, I wish she was the manager because amazing at it!

I wish we could give 10 stars! Myriam was incredible! She went above and beyond for us from day 1. Although it took a few tries to find the perfect unit, (they are all so beautiful, they kept getting snatched up!), Myriam made sure we were satisfied. She literally ran around the complex to find what we were looking for, bless her. When I saw how gorgeous the layout was and THE VIEW of the mountains…It was breathtaking. Myriam made sure our apartment was set and ready to go before our walk-through and graciously answered every question we had. Thank you so much for making our first apartment hunting so enjoyable! We are so excited to make Solamonte our new home.

Office staff is lazy and unaccountable. Homeless roam around the complex. Western National Property Management took over and made it worse.

Lived here for about a year and the staff is friendly and helpful. Myriam has always gone over and above to help or answer any questions.
