This apartment is amazing it has so much space everywhere. It is also quiet. The pool is also amazing.

I have an amazing apartment I'm so grateful for. The grounds are beautiful, 2 pools, jacuzzi, nice glass window view of pool gym, meeting room pool side, huge bbq area with 2large grills, tennis courts, also big dogs welcome with a dog trail. The location is next to full communities style shopping and eateries. I have been impressed by so many wonderful families as neighbors. Also there are many churches within 2 miles including Calvary Chapel Escondido Holy Spirit is Welcome!

I am so happy i did not end up leasing here. I had applied back in March and put a holding deposit down for an apartment i did not even get to see. I did not check the reviews before i did so. After i read them it was nothing but bad reviews so i emailed the office letting them know i no longer wanted the apartment because of the negative reviews. They said okay that’s fine you can come pick up your check. I was not local and 9 months pregnant so i didn’t feel comfortable making the drive and asked them if they could just mail it to me and they said okay but it will take a few weeks. I said okay that’s fine. They supposedly mailed me my check a month later which i never received and continued to email them and would get one response every 3 emails i would send them. They told me my address was no good and to give them another address. After i got that check after two months it was 12 cents. Yes, 12 cents. I emailed them about it and they responded that they knew about the mistake but couldn’t send me a new one until i had received the incorrect one. They couldn’t even let me know about the mistake they knew about. So finally after FOUR MONTHS i finally got my holding deposit back. Dodged a bullet.

I had a horrible experience with the leasing agents in this office. The agent who helped me (woman) had me on a holding agreement for two months to last minute reject my application for reasons that was none of their concern. They had ran my credit and rental history. I waited two months and now I have to find somewhere to go. You would think that with all the wait and unto changes they made they would reconsider.

About 9 months into my lease. Just received a notice of another apartment inspection. This is the fourth one I've had in time my time being here.

This is my 3rd apartment complex and none of my previous 2 ever needed to come in and 'inspect' the place during my residency.

The leasing office was nice, professional, when checking the place out initially.

I wish I could give it zero stars. Absolutely worst place to live. Management has no clue what they are doing and WILL ADMIT FAULT but have the audacity to still make tenants pay for their mistakes. 0/10. Please avoid these apartments. Save yourself the money and stress.
• Dryers WILL leave your clothes very damp
• Ameneties and pool are usually closed
• Interior was given “manager special” if you know what that means
• AC doesn’t even work
• You will be hearing the traffic nonstop. Yes even when your sleeping. Literally sounds like a drag strip.

Barely answer your calls, still don’t have my closet doors, washer and dryers suck, and I’m getting charged for trash pick up when I throw it away myself

Very worst service, no one is responding regarding service complaints, I I did Emergency service request 2 times, no one responded only taking service request again and again.
Valet trash service not pickup daily.had complaints lot of times.no use

I went to see a friend in build 6. I am handicap and they do not have a handicap parking spot in front of the building. I had park on the street. I ask one of the employee. About it they told me. That the use to have one and done away with it. The employee told me to park on the streets. And told me that was life. I felt that they was discrimination against handicap people. I was going to try to rent but not now. I waI am going to find out with the ct about this issue y hiandle it for meand see what they can do.

I have been living here for at least 7 years and for the last 2 years the communication from this property has sucked. When things are scheduled they never happened on the day that they're scheduled or in the times that they are scheduled in. This includes everything that is in control of the office and everything not in control of the office. They scheduled a fire alarm check and you may or may not see there are guys going around and doing it. If you schedule something this should be a priority of the day not the last thing to do. This includes but not limited to yearly checks tree trimming competitions you name it and they don't do it when they say they're going to. And they don't communicate about it. Oh and let's not forget if they don't come in when the notices ssys, they don't give you an additional 24 hours before they're going to try to come in again.

My experience with Solana at Grand Apartments was terrible. Last week Thursday November 4th, I spoke with a leasing office representative to schedule a tour for a studio available. I scheduled to view the apartment on Monday November 8 at 12pm. I live in Yuma, AZ and drive 3 hours to view this studio. I received an email confirmation as a reminder that I have a tour viewing the studio apartment. When I arrived at the Solana at grand apartments leasing office. I was greeted by Hannah. Very nice and friendly. I informed her that I was scheduled to view the available apartment studio. She checked on her computer to see my information to then be told that she does not have me scheduled for viewing a studio apartment and that the studio apartment is no longer available! She informed me that just because I scheduled to view a studio doesn't mean the apartment is being held. For me to have hold the apartment, they require a deposit which I was not informed the day I called to schedule to view the studio. So I basically scheduled to view a studio that is no longer available and can't even view it at that. What is the point of scheduling to view an apartment if they are not going to offer it? Hannah was nice and offered me other options. Overall very disappointed with the lack of communication.and I would not recommend anyone these apartments. The apartments are nice with awesome amenities, very pricey and all utilities are not included with the rent. I would not recommend anyone to these apartments unless you are ready to make an offer on the spot.

Great staff, great neighbors, and great apartments. Only thing is the valet trash almost always never picks up our trash which is annoying.

Fraudulent business practices. Says what you want to hear, and does what they please. Do not consider if you prefer business to be ethical, or anywhere near.

Please don’t bother. They’ll set a scheduled appointment with you and not bother being there for the tour.
