Solar Savings Direct did an awesome job installing my Solar Panels, instead of having monthly PG&E bills of $700 plus I now pay $150 or less and that is for the gas only. I should have done this sooner.

Our installation crew from Solar Savings Direct was fantastic! They worked nonstop to get our panels installed in one day and cleaned up EVERYTHING before leaving. They were polite, courteous, and very knowledgeable, and had answers to any questions that we had. Solar Savings Direct stayed in constant communication with us throughout the process of signing the contract, financing, installation, and the inspection process. I would HIGHLY recommend them for any of your solar needs!

Do not make the same mistake as my Family. This company is all lies and takes on more jobs than they can handle. They also sub contract when they claim to be in house. The roofing company is sub contracted as well. Nothing is in house

Before buying a solar system a few years ago, I had reviewed a large solar company, that was offering a lease that would have cost me about $50,000 over 25 years. I rejected that proposal and checked out the Solar System Direct proposal. I visited their office and warehouse and was satisfied with the high quality equipment proposed and professional staff. I bought their proposed solar system and am happy to tell you I bought a superior system for about half the cost offered by the lease system that will be paid for in 15 years and has a 25 year warranty.

Solar Savings Direct is an excellent company. We had a new roof put on, a solar system installed, a new electrical panel installed, a generator transfer switch and new gutters installed. Everyone in the company from the salesperson to the office staff and the installers were courteous, friendly and really knew what they were doing. I highly recommend this company.

They were great to inform me of what the process was from start to finish regarding initial paperwork and any upfront costs and paperwork needed to start and end the process to have our solar panels installed. I highly recommend this company without any hesitation

The lady's in the office took care of everything and kept me informed by email, text or phone call. Tim Lundsford did an excellent job sharing the information with me about solar. They are the best from beginning to end and even beyond. I am still having great service. You are all amazing. The folks who came to the house to install were friendly, efficient and even went around the house to check if they left anything behind. The beginning part was also something to admire. No pressure, but information all the way. Got the plan, seen the plan and even helped to approve the plan. I highly recommend them.

I have also seen other installers workaround my neighborhood and see that the quality and look is the best. You do not see wires or gody silver tube circling around the house. They do things right.

From start to finish, it was a great experience with Solar Savings Direct. I thought I got a fair price and given the rush to get in for NEM2 at the time, they did everything in their power to move things along on their end. Would highly recommend Solar Savings!

Price was good and the installation was very well done. All parts installed are straight and in workmanlike manner. Excellent clean.up after the job was done. Rooftop install took only half of a day. Crew was very professional. I would recommend them.

I initially had a positive experience with Kyle and the solar installation team who ensured a job well done. However, I faced some challenges with subsequent team members, particularly regarding the installation of the EV Charging station. There was a notable lack of communication during this phase, and I found myself waiting for months for the electrical work to be completed, despite the initial promise that it would coincide with the PG&E inspection.

Regrettably, the first appointment was rescheduled for 8 a.m, with me only finding out the night before the appointment, after calling them to inquire about the status. It turned out that the electrical installer wouldn't be coming due to his truck breaking down. Moreover, I was informed that they were swamped with work and uncertain about when they could complete the task, leaving me in a state of waiting for their call. A week later, after taking the initiative to contact them myself, they simply postponed it again, stating that someone would eventually get in touch. This process had become quite frustrating.

However, I'm pleased to report that my experience took a positive turn. Kyle and the company worked diligently to resolve the issues. They sent a competent team to complete the installation of the EV Charging station. I believe that a company's true measure is in how they address problems when they arise, and in this regard, Kyle and the team did an excellent job in rectifying the situation.

I can now confidently say that I'm satisfied with their service and commitment to resolving issues, and I appreciate their efforts to make things right.

Very good communication throughout the process. They handled the permitting through the City, so we did not have to worry about it. Cleaned up the job site and system works perfectly.
