SolarWorks was very responsive and they were willing to spend the time upfront to explain my options and walk me through when I had questions. Unlike other solar companies I've heard about, SolarWorks is genuinely interested in their customers. Since my system was installed this spring, they've followed up and I'm confident they'll be around if I have any future issues or concerns. I recommended them to friends in San Francisco and even though SW doesn't work down there, they were willing to spend time on the phone and were helpful in sorting through how my friends could (and did) proceed. The SW folks are professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. Highly recommend.

Aside from the professionalism of the staff, this is a Sonoma County (local) business that has been here for many years and can be reached easily. The customer service is excellent; lots of communication to ensure full understanding of everything. Their entire team that worked with me was thorough, on time, responsive and polite. This is one of the best companies I've ever hired to do work on my house. Exceptional and uncommon!
