We had a very small 70-year-old house on a great lot in a great location. We loved our home, but it was becoming way too tight for our growing family. We investigated selling and purchasing a new place, but we could not find anything that matched our tastes at a price that we could afford. So, we did a lot of research and received several bids. We chose the best bid from Solid Construction and Design, and we are glad we did.

Roman and his team are top notch. We were very happy to find that the prices estimated were the prices we paid. Throughout the project I felt the Solid team really wanted us to be happy with the work they were doing and were flexible to work with us to get everything completed to match our vision.

Now our addition blends with the old house so well inside you can’t tell what was added. Our master suite is a wonderful oasis, and our new deck allows us to enjoy our lot even more.
