Solterra Ecoluxury Apartments at Scripps Highlands San Diego

We’ve lived here for nearly two years and love it. Jeremy is so attentive to the community, always asking for feedback and finding new and innovative features to make this place a special place to live.

Jermey and Shannon were the best landlords I’ve personally ever had! They were always ready to answer questions, always had fun things planned for the complex, like food trucks, happy hour, holiday parties, and they loved our dog! Also, Jose was always easy to reach for our maintenance problems and is great as his job! I’ll be sad to leave.

I really enjoyed living at Solterra and will be sad to leave. Shannon and Jermey made our stay so welcoming and we’re the best managers I’ve ever had! They always had fun stuff for us at the complex and their maintenance guy Jose was always available to help when we needed him!

Great management, respecful, understanding, family oriented, accomodating and very responsive.
Clubhouse is amazing, you can smell cleanliness as soon as you open the door, i love the swimming pool and the jacuzzi.
The best place I have ever lived in and the community are very nice and friendly.

BEST COMPLEX EVER. Jeremy and Shannon are literally life savers. I have rented "luxury" apartments before and maybe they had some amenities that seemed "luxury" onlinr but then the staff at the front made the experience at those places rough. I can say that Jeremy and Shannon seem to be servant leaders generally where they look to make us as the residents the focal point and do what they can to help accommodate and serve us as best they can while not over promising or being fake. For example, I have an EV and they are able to get a charger installed and functioning if you have a garage (which they called me about to help me get when one suddenly came available even though I had already signed to go to a unit without a garage). The level of care and service is very consistently 10 out of 10 with both of them. Can't recommend this complex more aggressively, they are THE BEST. Also, the units and amenities are really top tier from what I have seen at other "luxury" apartments. Gym and pool and hot tub are all well maintained. Club house is pretty swanky with free cold brew on tap and a well maintained TV, pool table and lounge area! A+ all around!
