I forget the name, but the employee that helped us out was fantastic, just as the store itself was. Incredibly pleased with our purchase.
4.5 years later, it was exactly what I remembered and wanted. I basically drove 2.5h just to shop here again. If you need a knife of any type or kitchen accessory and enjoy not being in a big-box store, this is still the best spot.
