Somerset Apartments has been a great place to live. Love the facilities, and the manager, Ryan, is super-fast and friendly whenever we need something. Thankful!

Such a beautiful place to live! I love taking my pup, Pancake, to the dog park and having grassy places nearby for him to play. I've been able to chat a few times with Ryan, the manager, and Andy, who helped with our lease. Both have been very kind and helpful.

Lee and the rest of the team at the Somerset leasing office have been exceptional since move in. They are quick to respond and very helpful. Lee helped us transfer units when we needed a change and we have been very happy. The property manager Ryan has always been willing to work with us and help us out wherever needed! Thanks to the Somerset team for everything.

My experience with Somerset has been nothing but awesome from leasing to moving in. We just moved from West LA so we don’t have a lot of experience dealing with Irvine Company, but I think we found a good property.

Shout out the Andy in the leasing office who answered all my questions and addressed my concerns (and I had A LOT of questions prior moving in since we could only do a virtual tour of the apartment with the current COVID-19 situation). He’s fantastic in responding promptly and super customer service oriented. We were debating between Somerset and another apartment complex that we actually toured in Irvine, but we decided to go with Somerset because of Andy’s service. And we are glad we did! The apartment turned out to be even nicer than the photos, and the welcome basket is a nice touch. The property grounds are well kept, and it’s very quiet despite the number of kids in the community. We really like the walking trail and all the pet waste stations.

I just had my very first maintenance request today. Again, Andy responded to my request immediately and the friendly maintenance manager (sorry didn’t get his name) showed up on time and took care of everything in 15 minutes. Although we haven’t lived here long enough, but Somerset has by far exceeded our expectations in apartment living.

We lived in Somerset Apartments for over 5 years. We had a couple major issues that we did not feel were dealt with fairly but the apartments were nice. The current office staff is great!

Having lived here for a year now I can tell you that you will not find a nicer group of people to rent from. I've read some of the reviews and rest assured if you have a problem with these people, you are the problem. When I came in the first time they greeted me and were like meeting long lost friends. I've had two issues, one with the AC and one with the dryer, both of them resolved within 36 hours. Clean, Quiet, Professional inside and out.

Well looking for a place to live they did not even want to bother with us. Felix acted like we could not live there.he just said like all it's probably out of your price range. It felt like they did not even want us there. It felt like we we were being treated very rude. I think the irvine company needs new rental agents because the ones they have now have no heart and need to learn how to have better guest service.

Not be the newest and classiest community of Irvine Company, but we've been here for 4 years now and we find it peaceuful, and convinient to live.

I have had the best experience living here and I don’t know where others are getting the idea that the office is unhelpful and rude. They have gone more than above and beyond for my family, even extending assistance after hours for family emergencies. The rent is a little high, but is worth it for the service we have been getting

Rude management. My cabinets were delaminating 10 months ago when I moved in here within the first two weeks I let me know that needs to be fixed. They are still not fixed. My toilet is not flushing properly they say oh yeah we’re going to have a plumber come out and fix it. That was five months ago nothings happened. I do not recommend anyone leasing here at Somerset Apartment home. If I could give them a -5 star I would but they get the one star form me.
