Sonic Drive-In, Apple Valley CA

The food was hideously cold and we waited for almost 45 minutes as we watched other cars pull in and leave. Didn't enjoy it. Normally I have no issues.

It was HORRIBLE. First off, I ordered Chilli cheese tots. They charged my card then tell me they are out of chilli. So they removed half of the menu options for a replacement. I settled for broccoli tots, which were not the same price, no refund given. Then the chicken sandwich looked like it was old, greasy and refried multiple times. We tossed it. Worst experience ever.

The food was absolutely horrible. We paid $50 and our fries were stale and cold. The popcorn chicken was not covered as it's advertised. Two stars because the slushies and Sonic Blast are decent.

I will not be coming here again. Lucia or whatever your name is, learn professional ways to talk to customers. I was in stall 15, mobile order and you talked down to me like I was 5. You guys are slow and rude.

Felt off when they lady took my card for a good ten minutes after she handed us the food. There is absolutely no reason for them to hold a card from a car in a stall so long felt fishy and unprofessional. Wanted to dine there but I was to annoyed to stay. Ruined my appetite.

I ordered a Coke slushy for the 3rd time and was disappointed again. The slushy was like sipping icy water it was so weak. I don't think it's worth trying again.

Short female redhead that was there in the morning so rude so much attitude took forever for our stuff and didn't give us everything properly and because we always have to wait there in the drive thru for over 20 min I just was mad and left. What ama I gonna do get mad complain and give them another 20min or more to fix a fuxk up that wasn't supposed to happen. ‍️

Sitting in the drive-thru forever. More then 15 mins and only moved up one car. Stuck in line for now but never coming back

On September 6 I came through the drive-in window and ordered honey barbecue chicken nuggets. After driving away I noticed I was given spicy chicken I returned the item but the replacement was burnt and hard I asked for a refund the manager refused to refund my money and was screaming at me she was very rude. Took the food I paid for and I was left with no food and my money was taken. They need to

Ordered only a few drinks, placed the piece through mobile. Finding a stall to park in is harder, as they've removed a lot of stalls. I waited half an hour to get my drinks.would've been way quicker to use the drive thru.

Used the mobile app for 1/2 price drinks, it's great. Don't go through the drive through for pickup though, it's seems to confuse them.

I ordered a slushy and it was not slushy at all when I asked why they said they had so many slushy orders they couldn't keep them frozen, then they shouldn't advertise slushy

When I was putting my order in the was cutoff short and had to hit the red button to reorder when I was done ordering I asked for no onions and pickles and they said it doesn't come with it on my burger when I got my burger I had onions and pickles I had to go back to the window and had my order fixed

First time trying it out. The wait was long about half hour for a number 4,5 and kids meal. Overall it was good. Will return

I was very pleased with my service here, Mj with the blonde hair was very nice and helpful. She made it an enjoyable experience.

I had a wonderful experience at this Sonics MJ was just so polite she brought me my food as fast as she can with it being busy and all her politeness made the wait so worth it her big beautiful smile and again just so polite. Thank you MJ for the great experience

It was Disgusting waisted forever for our food and it was cold slushies were water down plus when we got home our order was wrong never going back

Reading reviews from the last five months, it looks like sonic corp. Doesn't seem to care. Myself every time I try to order there it takes forever, so I end up leaving. My suggestion is boycott this store so they close it down. Nothing good comes out of this sonic. NOTHING!?

Went thur the drive thur and ordered 3 Chili Cheese fries and when I got home to eat their was NO CHEESE ON NONE OF THEM! Tried to call them several times and they never answered the phone

Let me say first off that the employees here are amazing! However MJ is the kindest and most patient of them all, I was super happy with the service she provided, would 10/10 recommended and will be going again!
