Sonic Drive-In, Kingsburg CA

Tried ordering 10: 11p.m. And was told they thought I was pranking them and they thought I was a co worker, thanks for at least telling me after I had to gone thru 19min of clicking different kiosk to get an answer.when other people are flying thru the drive-thru. Me being a human that hasn’t eaten until walking to get food, and you sonic a big company “so called” not taking orders and only prioritizing drive-thru. TODAYS WORKERS NEED TO GET OUT of their head and open their eyes because this is ridiculous customer service. When at the end I get my order taken and all I came for was food. Thanks sonic

Take the order drive in stalls out if you are not using them! Or put a sign up! Drive though only is bs!

I am currently in the drive thru where I have been waiting for 20 min and counting. I just ordered 2 shakes, come on.

Bathroom was pretty unclean. Both normal cleaning and deep cleaning need to happen. They switched my tots for fries. They seemed overwhelmed when I was there.

Went into the kitchen accidentally to look for the bathroom and it smelled very musky. Bathroom smelled like barf and musk. The menu made it impossible to get out of my car to assist my younger kids with their food. I had to back the car up to get out. And why doesn't Sonic use thick (boba size) straws since all their shakes have wonderful chunks in them that you can't get to? !? Definitely not the place to go when you have to drive at the same time as you drink your shake. Food was decent.

Stopped on the way back from a doctor's appointment had some ice cream very very good

I ordered a burger from sonic took awhile to get i get home and open it and the bun is burnt i dont know how they approved for it come out like that ‍️

Waited an hour to get cold popcorn Chicken and fries. Worst service I've had in my life. I won't be going there again ever

Beware! Make sure to get your receipt! They will scam and over charge you. My daughter went to get us an ice cream and we got charged $28.30 for 2 ice creams. Went back and demanded my refund and left the ice cream there.

They didnt take my order properly and on top of that they took forever just trying to make the food that they did get

Great service and good food as I always get from Sonic. This one is older and a bit worn down but they were doing improvements when we got there but the drive in was still taking orders

Always stop here for a lime coke and chili cheese tots.

Did drive through. Staff was really nice. Food was ready in good time. Food was hot and fresh.

Waited 10 minutes in 1 stall then another 10 minutes in another stall then ended up going through the drive thru and that was at least another 15 minutes. The food wasn't even hot. Won't be returning to this sonic very disappointed

I went last night and ordered a meal. When I got home my fries were filled up only half way. Dam disappointed! Couldn't go back because they were already closing. Check your fries before you leave

Not sure if they are understaffed as lots of places are right now but their drive thru service is very, very slow. I could understand if this was In N Out Burger and I had to wait a while but even for a small town Sonic this is probably some of the slowest service I have ever seen. When I got to the window the guy couldn't even remember what I ordered. I know things may be hard because of lack of staff but still super slow service and inattention to detail are probably going to prevent me from coming back to this location again. The guy seemed nice enough but other than politeness they need to improve everything else on their customer service. Very disappointed.

Kingsburg Ca location the food is always hot & fresh! I've always gotten friendly service too
