Very fast service! Our hop was super friendly and just made being there even better due to her kind and friendly nature. The food was top notch in temp and taste! The entire parking area was immaculately clean & my boys loved the nerds slushes

Horrible service and concern for customers needs! I was ordering at one of the parking stations and the woman taking my order put in a wrong item than what I had asked for and when I went to tell her she immediately ended the order setting the screen to pay. She never asked if my order was even complete and cut my order off before I could even finish my sentence? !?

Once again, 5th time in a row my order is wrong. How difficult is it to get a cheeseburger without ketchup? Every single time I go the staff taking the order mess it up and I have to repeat my order over and over and they still get it wrong. From now on I will be asking for a manager to take my order, at the window.

So I didn't post after visit a few days ago, but my weakness for milkshakes had me taking to the driver's seat again tonight.
Both times going through the drive thru, both times having same issue.

The only thing I can have here are the non dairy drinks and (twice in a row) they cant even get that right. They put all of the nerds below the lemons on a strawberry lemonade slushy so you have to damn near finish it before you can enjoy the candy. Plus, I wish you would have some gluten free and dairy free options for people with allergies.

I ate there once when it was new the burgers are like the kind you get a junior high school any not very tasty and I got a premium Shake it was the same kind of ice cream they use at McDonald's it's that powdery stuff it wasn't cold

Ordered plain kids cheeseburger and it still came with everything on it! Went straight to the trash after my son took the first bite! Money literqlly down the drain! Ordered a large mozzarella sticks, didn't receive it. Ordered Honey BBQ wings, don't even know what the hell they gave me honestly! If I didn't live 20 minutes away, especially with all that traffic on Haun rd, I would have gone back for a refund! I will definitely not be going back here! Don't come here if you are wanting a correct and fresh order!

Portions and prices are fair here. I love the drive in concept! It's tried and true, such a shame that there aren't more places like this. Park in a spot, order food from the window and wait for the server to skate out with your food! Eat it in the car while listening to some tunes or enjoying the beautiful California weather. There's a lot on the menu and I've never had anything I did not like.

The menu board audio was broken couldn't understand/order. But the employees were great and food came out hot and fast. Can't go wrong with their drinks and ice cream.

This is the store on the commercials that does not honor any of the deals advertised on TV or Radio. They never have any specials, don't expect any deals from advertising and expect a long wait in an ill conceived parking lot.

They make delivery drivers wait in long lines when the order has been ready for 10 minutes and is just sitting there. Super annoying

They are clearly understaffed. I waited 15 minutes at the stall for an answer. Again, I don't blame the young ladies there. They are doing the best they can buy managers need to make a change.

Had some great food at a great price. Must try their Chicago dogs. They are delicious. The service was awesome as well. Great place to take a break and enjoy good fast food.

It's hit or miss. Sometimes getting a treat here is absolutely perfect - the strawberry shakes are a awesome. But sometimes the results are subpar. Got two half-blended shakes that had syrup on the side (on two separate occasions). Not sure if that's why they tasted funky. Probably better for me health-wise to pour it down the drain anyhow. Thanks for helping me make healthy choices I guess.

Who doesn't love sonic? ! Their food is always fresh and hot! I love their mini reeses blast during the summer and happy hour every day!

Little disappointed today. Barely any sauce on my kids popcorn chicken, bun for Coney dog was slightly stale, my drink was 85% ice and they gave us exactly four napkins for a family of four that's eating in the car.

Food is great, some of the staff is great but some of the staff is rude and it’s becoming a problem. The past three times we have been there we have asked for a spoon for our slushees. Each time we get attitude and looks. Does no one else ask for a spoon for their slushee?

My one start is based solely on my experience today. It's usually pretty cool. I'm in line waiting. I have 4 cars until the speaker and 3 cars behind me. So I'm STUCK. Sitting there I read the advertisement for the app. I download, place my order. Pay. It was easy peasy. When I finally get to the speaker I let her know I ordered via the app they advertise only for her to say I have to GET OUT OF LINE and go to a stall. Remember I'm still 4 cars back. I begged. She still said NO. I waited 6 minutes to get out of line. Another 7 minutes for my items. After the long wait just to order. I was so annoyed. Do better Sonic. Come on.

I love their slushies. It's all I get there really.
The popcorn chicken is alright and the boneless wings are pretty good all flavors. Love the fries and tots too. I just hate when their drive up is closed and all I want is a slushie and gotta wait in a huge drive thru line for a 2-4$ drink

Pulled up to menu (not drive thru) and it was 835 p.m. And they told us over speaker that they were closedand if we wanted to place an order then we need to go through drive thru.so we looked at drive thru and there were already 10 people in line.none of which were people that were parked trying to order.so we left.they need to be like mc donalds and have 2 drive thru lines.
