Sonic Drive-In, Cathedral City CA

Ordered burgers with onions, and there was hardly any onions put on them. Ordered a chili cheese dog with onions. Again, hardly any onions, or chili on the dog. Forgot to put the chili cheese tots (with onions) in the bag. We let them know and they brought them out to us, but they forgot the onions. The drinks were spot on though!

Several stalls not working, wish you'd find a way to notify drivers before we pull in.
Also, wish the Cathedral City, CA.would reopened your bathroom.

They couldn't hear me very well through the intercom and got an order wrong, they let us keep it but brought me the right one right away.

This is probably the fifth time I've been here in a row and they didn't get my order right. I always order from the app. They always get my Oreo Blast order wrong. I like to add extra Oreos and peanut butter and they never add them. It's to the point where I'm not sure I want to go back to this restaurant anymore.

So, we have experienced both the Beaumont location & the Cathedral City location. CC is undoubtedly SUPERB. Too bad we don't live closer. Read my review of the Beaumont location to understand why.: (

This was my first time coming to Sonic and it was good everything on menu looked delicious you park order from your car and the waiter comes out on roller skates to bring your food. Fast and easy. The only hard part was choosing dessert haha

I ordered a sonic blast with Reese’s cups and I’m disappointed to say that it seems like this blast has the equivalent of one miniature reeses cup. I love Reese’s. So not I will take my chocolate ice cream (or “blast”) with me to the gas station so I can buy actual Reese’s cups to add to said ice cream.

Placed an order at 9: 08, promised to be ready in 10 minutes.it's 9: 46 and I'm still waiting for my order.employees drink brake fluid?

First time using the app. Unfortunately the app was very hard to do on a phone. I couldn't get to the SAVE button after entering the credit card info.

First time going to Sonic and I wasn't disappointed. I just got the regular burger meal with everything on it. Next time I will have to try to tater tots. Price was reasonable. Service through drive thru was great!

I had to go back to have a food order corrected. Oh boy, did they make it right. Kudos to Sonic! Great customer service.

Person taking my order did mot listen to my order. Then she refused to admit her mistakes. She over charged me and continued to argue. She definitely needs alot of training about how to listen, be courteous and not rip people off. She gets an F rating for all areas. This is the third time my order was messed up. However the person did not argue about it. That person needs a serious attitude adjustment. The time was Friday at 4: 30pm

We come to Palm Springs every year to visit family. This year one of our boys had a gift card to Sonic so he treated us to lunch. Ordering was easy and the wait wasn’t bad. The food that everyone got was tasty and our shakes were fantastic. Our brief interaction with a human went well. Friendly guy. I would definitely come back.

I was doing Uber eats delivery for two customers waited for over 30 minutes for them to make the food. They are the slowest people I’ve ever dealt with in the past. No regards for their customers. Every time my family has eaten here they have been very slow

Love Sonic.
I use the drive through, but have waited in the car when I have the time.
You just can't beat them for drink varieties and on-the-go treats.
The food is great. I like the toaster sandwiches. The extra crunch adds something.

Love this place. I dine here every couple months as it's further from me. The staff here are always friendly, the Roller skate orders to customers parked in individual order stalls, cute. Rock n Roll music playing in the background. Outdoor dining seating. This place kind of sits off to itself, on a busy road. Have you ever watched traffic? It's relaxing. The food is awesome! Recommend

Not a good experience. Service was a 2 star, and the food, a 1 star. It's just really gone downhill. More than likely, won't visit another Sonic again, at least not this location.
