I usually go here and everyone is so friendly but the girl name Asia. Yea I'm sorry she's rude, and it doesn't help when you're not pretty. Pick a struggle. Have better customer service or not work in the food industry

Took a little while. 5+ minutes for a small peanut butter shake AND it was a mobile order a few minutes before I got there also. Not a big deal just a little long wait! Other than that it was 5 star

My favorite work girls are always working, and she hooks it up with Extra cookie crumbles crums, and I always get the oreo cheesecake in. My husband always gets the strawberry cheesecake, and it's always delicious. I love it. They've got the best sonic. Ever love Haley and Jeffrey.

Idk where they get these reviews cuz the last 5 times I've went its been ridiculous I call n it says they're not answering mail box is full I want distric manager # cuz its not ok from the service to food quality its just mind blowing to me 48.00 food that wasn't able to eat 1 thing from the entire order was edible an that was not even rt then at the bottom had a hair n it

We went in to get happy hour drinks. I had my card and they said it wouldn't slide. They did whatever and said oh it wont-work and the person was very rude. I went to somewhere else and I was able to use my card.

Fast and easy which is all I wanted at the moment and the food is good for what it is. Tatertots are always a great choice!

As far as Sonics go this one needs an outer makeover. Building looks run down to say. Staff and food was on point and pleasant.

Amazing customer service, staff accommodated my request for adding peanut butter to a burger.

I had to wait over 1.5 hours to get my food. This place shouldn't be called "Sonic Drive In", more like "Snail Drive In". Never again.

Worst customer service ever. I pulled up to the menu board and was harassed by the employee because I needed more than 1/2 a second to pick something.

I pulled into the drive through, heard the standard greating and said "I need a second to look at the menu". From that point on it went south. I was yelled at through the intercom and asked multiple times "are you done yet? ". I tried to ask what was in the #11 since my friend has severe dietary restrictions from recent dental surgeries and vision problems from recent corneal surgeries. Her response was, "it's a chicken basket, there's a picture right there! " A picture doesn't work very well for my friend who just had eye surgery. Not to beat this any further into the ground but I also ordered fries instead of tots, but that didn't happen, you can clearly on the reciept. I also ordered a coke zero. There was visibly something wrong with it when I saw it. It looked more like sprite. On the first and only sip, I realized it was just C02. There might have been one or two drops of syrup in there not enough to add color or flavor.

I will say that the food itself was cooked fine. I always enjoy the meal, but I'm so disappointed with this service.

Great shakes. There is not one near me. It was a real treat. They had banana shakes omg. And wow tator tots nice. Fast open til midnight. Stopped on after my day of oval racing rc cars. Filled me up with good ol' American food. Hamburger. Tots and a shake, I was so full and satisfied
