4I went to see Dr. Abbassi and was truly blown away by her loving and kind bedside manner. I never felt more heard by a Physician. She asked me questions about my source of pain that no other Doctor asked me in 5 years. I was treated and followed up with and can not thank her enough. I would give her 10 Stars if I could. Thank you again Dr. Abbassi
Physician was 30 minutes late. I was the first appointment that day. Of course, she didn't have time to do a physical so she sent me home to schedule another appointment. Instead of Providence, I recommend UCI. Much better healthcare providers.
The doctor and nurse is good, but I thought the receptionist was rude and a bit lazy to not provide an answer to my questions. The doctor recommended a radiology screening, when I asked the receptionist if she could give me an estimate of the costs - she acted as if I acted a crazy question. She insisted that that information was not accessible to her, and would not be able to provide a number at all.
I walked downstairs to the radiology department, and they were able to give me a cost estimate in 2 minutes.
I probably won't be returning to this doctor's office - although Dr. Abbassi was very good! Your receptionist needs to put away her snooty attitude and work on her professionalism please! She put 0 effort into customer service.
