Fantastic doctor and staff who helped me select the right procedures for my personal goals, reassured me when I was nervous, thoroughly prepared me for what to expect, performed an incredibly professional procedure, followed up regularly to check on my healing, and provided me personalized suggestions for achieving my desired results. I couldn’t be more pleased with my treatment and the lovely staff who helped me with this journey.

Everyone at the San Diego office is very kind and genuine. I had the trisculpt done on my abs and hips 2 days ago and I cannot begin to tell you how happy, thankful, and encouraged I am. Pre-op was a breeze with nurse Char. They make sure you are heavily dosed but still coherent. The procedure itself had a couple moments that didn't hurt necessarily, but were a little uncomfortable. You can feel what's going on but not in a painful way if that makes sense. Dr. Cooper moved quickly and efficiently to ensure my comfort.

Today the swelling is less than yesterday and I don't feel the need to take the narcotic pain meds. Ibuprofen for the win! I know the journey just begun, but I can already see that my love handles are completely gone. I always thought liposuction would be way out of my financial abilities, but SonoBello San Diego made it possible for me to start feeling comfortable in my clothes and skin. Looking forward to my follow up visit!

I love the new offices and David the technician is 5 star. He is gentle and listens carefully. I just love him. Best technician I’ve ever had.

My experience started off great, all the staff was very friendly and nice. Everyone says the inner thighs were going to be “easy” per the sales rep, “easy” says the nurse, and “easy” says the doctor. So I get the surgery very excited. Day of surgery: was there early, but I was pulled 1.5 hours late, I had 2 incisions (which I was told I would have 4, and there were multiple messy lines drawn on my thighs as if someone didn’t know where to draw.
WELL at the very first 3 month follow up I told them that I was concerned that the thighs were still rubbing pretty good I was worried they didn’t get the full area- to which they brushed off and said “it takes a full year” and I didn’t see the nurse take down my concerns. The 6 month and year follow was the same- expressed my concerns and nothing was written down because I had to “wait until a year”.

THEN At the post year meeting with the nurse and her excuse was that it was because of my “bone structure” and the inner thighs “were a tricky area. ” I explained to her that not anytime pre-surgery or post surgery did ANYONE communicate to me that this area was “tricky” and that it was due to my “bone structure” COME ON! So the doctor then came in to express my concerns he said the area I was concerned about was a different area than what I paid for EVEN THOUGH it was still part of the inner thighs.
Then he proceeded to tell me that he wouldn’t feel comfortable going in a second time because it’s risky, but I could get a second opinion (no thank you- especially if he doesn’t feel comfortable doing it).
He did say that someone named America” would reach out to “make things right. ” That didn’t happen. I called every 2 weeks for 2 months to talk to one of the reps and EVERY TIME someone was on vacation or “unavailable” to address my follow up concerns. I gave up calling and am leaving my review to warn others. I have still NOT been contacted although I have left many messages with their staff. This has been going on since February 2023.

Avoid the disappointment and go to a real plastic surgeon that will get the results you actually WANT.

Every step, interaction, and moment of my experience w Sono Bello has been extraordinary. The staff is incredible and the doctors make themselves so accessible to you for any concerns or questions you may have along the way. I haven’t stopped raving about this place since I first started the process. The results are amazing and the procedure itself felt so low risk compared to other options. It is a judgement free zone which I found especially comforting since I was a little embarrassed to need a procedure done. Now, I almost wish I had more procedures to get done because of how much I’ve enjoyed my experience with Sono Bello. Ive never had any cosmetic work done before, but I highly recommend them, Dr Guttikonda especially!

These people were awesome! Dr. Cooper, Kristen, Jillian were exceptionally professional and polite and caring! I was so scared at the beginning but ended up sleeping through the whole thing and only having to take pain medication the day of the procedure. I felt absolutely no pain and am healing remarkably! Kudos to the nurses that took my calls when I did call and they were very informative also. I will definitely recommend this facility. I’ve had many friends inquire and being able to hear me firsthand about the wonderful outcome makes them more comfortable to consider having a procedure Done at Sonobello! Thank you so much! Nurse Shar is the best! She made me feel comfortable and even more excited about my upcoming procedure. She is professional, informed, and the perfect match with Dr. Cooper. Both of them allowed me to ask all my questions. I didn't feel rushed, and I left fully equipped to prepare for my procedure. I can't wait!

Front desk, nurses, and surgeon are very friendly and comforting. Always asking if I had any questions. My procedure went well and they called me after I got home, including the surgeon. Very satisfied with the experience.
