We are existing tenants of Sonoma at Porter Ranch and we recently requested to upgrade our apartment from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom.
I wanted to take a moment and express my sincere gratitude to Allyson B, who helped us with our transfer request. She was very thorough in her work, and she stayed in constant communication with us throughout this entire transfer process.
She was extremely detailed in every single one of her email and phone communication. She explained everything in great detail, which we truly appreciated and everything was done in a timely, efficient manner.
Thank you Allyson for taking over our file and for making this transition as smooth as possible for me and my family.

The same complaint over the 10 years! The visitor spots are ALWAYS taken by residents. Even after complaints, no progress or improvement. I don’t get it- why don’t you just give a visitor spot card so nobody can abuse these spots?
For anyone who moves in- don’t pay extra $75 - just park at visitor spots
The apartment was not painted properly. It had approximately 26 nail holes that were never patched. Paint drips scratched paint, and two-tone paint that was not matched properly. I’m still waiting for them to fix all of this.someone should have done a walk-through once the contractors finished
I love the efficiency that always received by the personnel and the maintenance crew, they always take good care of any situation!
Alfredo and Mr. Reynaldo along with the rest of the maintenance crew are always quick to respond, fast to fix/repair any and every problem I have had. My issues are always fixed right and resolved the first time around. They are efficient and amazing! Couldn’t ask for a better team of professionals!
