If I could give a zero to Sonoma Tilemakers I would. I ordered their tile for my backsplash and it came in the wrong color (luckily I saved the sample!), so the shop and designer contacted them and despite the very clear difference they are refusing to correct the error. Very rude and very poor customer service and obviously (especially based on these other reviews), their workmanship and service has completely deteriorated - hopefully they go out of business soon! Do not order from them, their product is of poor quality and does NOT match the samples.

I had the local tile retailer order Vihara Silk Akasha, based on the sample they have in their office. What we received look nothing like the samples. I am not referring to subtle lot to lot changes, but an absolutely different transparency and look with numerous colors relative to the sample pretty much non-existent in what was sent to us.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Please do not buy tile from them. They sold us tile that does not match and are refusing the fix the problem, They sent us the reject tiles mixed in with the tiles that we selected. The difference is subtle but in the right light/time of day, very noticeable. The tiles were installed and now we have to pay to fix the problem. I am very disappointed with their costumer service.

Most gorgeous tiles ever! Lots of compliments. My contractor copied the look in his aunts home. Locally made from recycled materials and I’m in love. We now refer to the room with this tile as “the good bathroom”.

Sonoma Tilemakers is a go to product in our showroom. They have incredibly beautiful handmade tiles that work in many spaces and offer a product for every price point. Their product line is expansive ranging from handmade ceramics to glass mosaics. Their product lines are thoughtfully created and made to stand to the test of time and trends. They are very responsive to our needs and the needs of our clients. Sonoma Tilemakers cares about the environment and their carbon footprint and have created methods of production that greatly impact the environment in so many positive ways. They are innovative leaders in the tile and natural stone industry. I would rate them 10 stars if I could!

Basic, cookie cutter tile found at big box stores will leave you with an end result that is underwhelming. While some may not understand, we have found that our clients appreciate the American made quality and character of Sonoma Tilemakers products. In addition, they are a great company and we are never let down by their professionalism, attention to detail, and support they provide us with.
