We've lived in apartment homes in Roseville for the past 10 years and I can honestly say that living at Sonterra was the best! The manager Cassidy is so professional and organized. Whenever I needed maintenance or had a question, she was always quick to respond and took care of everything! I can tell that she really cares about the tenants and takes pride in her work. The maintenance man Michael was great with my dog if he had to come in when I wasn't home. The neighbors are friendly, and the complex is well kept and safe. We have finally found a house to move into but we will miss our friends and staff at Sonterra!
