I was shocked to hear the price of my dip manicure. These technicians are not very friendly, extremely rude to every customer that walks in and they don’t actually listen to their clients. They will try to get you to do other services for the sake of charging more. I read the bad reviews and only came in because it was a nail emergency and it was the only place that was within walking distance from the Luskin. I wouldn’t come again. Trust me, you’ll regret it later. They gave me so many cuts and nail beds are still in pain.

I have never had a worse experience at a nail salon. I needed dip polish removed and rather than using a dremel, he pried the old dip off, ripping and destroying my nail. He then filed my nails down so low that I had to ask him to stop. It has been over a month and my nails are the thinnest and most painful they’ve ever been. There are still dried blood stains beneath the nail and they look/feel horrible.

Do not get your nails done here. They have terrible customer service and they messed up my nail.

I would not recommend going here ever, I was very disappointed in the work that they did on me, very poor quality. The acrylic nail they glued on me was lifted from my nail, and only 4 days after getting them done one of my nails completely lifted off. When I can usually last up to a month with my acrylics, and they are expensive for their poor quality work.

Update: I went to get my nails re-done at my usual place & when the lady went to remove the nails they came off as if they were glue on nails that you can do at home. Never in 15 years of getting acrylics done have I had anything like this happen.

Paid top dollar for a new full acrylic set. Had acrylic nails for over 10 years and never had a problem. This new set had to be removed after 2 months because of FUNGUS. Yes, 4 of my fingernails have fungus! DO NOT GO HERE. THIS PLACE IS DIRTY.

•ACRYLIC GEL NAILS: they started falling off less than a week after application; the inner bottom of nail had uneven polish line; coffin shape is not actually coffin; removed by wedging with other fake nail and pulling them off (painful) (guy)
• MANICURE: didnt paint to the end of the nail border; polish layers were uneven; nail file shape not uniform (guy)
• PEDICURE: nicely even polished coats on all toes (lady)
• professionalism: overcharged for a basic color scheme; insisted that gel polish was necessary for french tips; tried to charge me for the removal of the acrylics that were cheaply applied in the first place a week earlier (guy)

Although I was a little turned around when arriving this place it great. I was looking for a place nearby my area - unplanned and it was just right. Ask for the staff, they are amazing! Chill location, quick and skilled. I will definitely be going back.

Wish I could give a half star. Aggressively rude staff, terrible communication. Called in advance to make sure they could accommodate 3 pedicures at once, which they said they could (they couldn’t). We waited for 25 minutes and only after reminding them did they seat one of us. No one was seated next to each other, and the women left to me left with bleeding cuticles. Yikes!
