I have been calling and sending emails and requests on the website for a week to be able to have an appointment and they are simply not interested in asking if I work because I have not received a response by any means. Nobody answers the phone or emails and according to the website you can request an appointment and they communicate by phone and email to make the appointment but they don't do anything either, simply whoever is in charge of managing appointments with patients is not interested

I've been going here for several years now, and I love everything about them. Thank the doctor and his technicians for the wonderful care and equipment they have helped me with.not to mention that I have even been able to receive a new phone for my home absolutely free from the state because of my hearing problem and the Dr. It's a phone for people who have hearing loss.and it's wonderful, I don't know what I would do without it. I love my doctor, he is kind and helpful with me and my hearing problem.he has helped me understand my particular issues and explained everything to me and showed me on the computer. They have every kind of updated hearing tests and equipment, I couldn't believe it. I have followed them when they moved and will always stay. I highly recommend Sonus Hearing for your hearing problems.you won't be sorry.

Hearing aides are defective, can't get anyone on the phone, no one returns your call, poor customer service. I would not recommend.

I have been trying to reach them for 3 weeks now. No one answers the phone, they ask you to leave a message and they will get back to you within 24 hours but no one calls back.
