We are in the middle of construction and they are very easy to work with even though things get dirty here quickly. I would recommend them to anyone in the area for reasonably priced reliable cleaning service!

From where to start? She’s honestly the worst housekeeper I ever had. First my husband choose her because she’s speak French and I French speaking he just wanted me to be able to ask her exactly what I wanted, she would leave my house is a worst stage that she enter it empty the dish washer and leave all the plates silverware etc on a top on the counter! The only bed we have look like my husband did it (Sorry Honey) always look confuse and in a hurry or have some sad story about something to her honestly I wish I look her up! Do not work with her I’m saving you from Claudine!

You seems to be have problems understanding a lot of people, all the reviews a read we all complain about the same thing you are just messy and not focus nothing to do with my style honey it’s not difficult to make a bed and clean and water plants while I lefts instructions! But thanks I did found my perfect housekeeper and she understands everything good luck you gonna need a lot a it

Claudian has been such an asset to my life. Her organizing and cleaning skills are the best I’ve ever encountered. I moved into my apartment and her assistance in getting me settled and organized was/is priceless. She’s meticulous in her cleaning. I don’t know what I would do without her

I am stunned. Claudine and her assistant were both available on a Saturday on short notice because I have a tenant moving in tomorrow, and other plans fell through.

They went after dirt like Navy SEALs go after their targets! They got dirt out of places where I didn’t even know they were places! And they worked so fast, it literally bowled me over. And they were extremely knowledgeable as well… They had an array of cleaning products, each one designed for a very specific purpose, and they made excellent recommendations that I had never heard before about how to keep very many individual items clean, ranging from parts of my dishwasher to parts of my oven vent.

Claudine is trilingual, English, Spanish, and French. They only took about three hours, and the house is literally amazing. They literally were in motion the entire time. … It was stunning to watch, and I was running around doing a lot of work myself.

I will clearly work with them again, and I recommend him to anybody.

We hired Sophie's French Maids 10 years ago for weekly cleanings based on friends recommendations. The service has been excellent and my relatives are also using Sophie's French Maids regularly.
We tried other services before but we believe their are the best in SB. We highly recommend them

Sophie's French Maids has been cleaning my house for 5 years. This is an owner operated business and Claudine, the owner, is always present to make sure the quality is high. She personalizes your cleaning to meet your specific needs. She is professional and easy to communicate with. She sends me a text a day or two before to remind me she is coming, and if necessary, she is able to adjust her schedule to meet my needs. She is also great with dogs.

I cant say enough how pleased I am the Sophie's French Maids, I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and colleagues.

I think that Claudine does an okay job. But there are too many things she overlooks or forgets for the price she charges. I’ve asked multiple times for her not to park in my driveway and block me in she does it every time she comes. She forgets to clean major things like scrub toilets or clean the kitchen sink. I’ve also asked multiple times for her to leave her key inside for safety purposes and she has yet to remember. If she did an excellent job and was very thorough I would pay her higher price but it’s not worth the hassle.

Sophie and her partner did an amazing job! I was very impressed and my place is now very clean! Will use again
