I saw one of there 10 x 20 party tent / carports and decided to buy one. I search them and found their website. I selected the one I wanted and tried to pay for it where I ran into a technical issue with their website. I didn't think much of it and I emailed them to let them know I am trying to make a purchase and their website isn't working correctly. Their solution to the problem was to tell me to go to Amazon and buy if for $200.00 more! I couldn't have been more surprise or disgusted by their reply! They just lost my current and future business forever!

I have made several calls and two emails! They NEVER answer phone or respond to email

Every time I call them it says to email, Ok, so I send email after email and never got a reply either! So basically emailing and calling Sorara weekly since July 2nd about missing parts not in the box from the carport tents we bought at Costco. They never return email or voice mails calls. I am beginning to think they they closed and went out of business. AVOID!

Horrible customer service. Have been trying to get in contact with the company with no answer, reply or possibility to leave a voicemail. Reached out to all of the "contacts" they provide with no luck. Looking to replace parts on my cabana after a hurricane left me with some damage but this company is leaving a bad taste in my mouth. Will update my review if anything changes.

Terrible Customer Service, You're on your own after they get your money after the sale. Problems from the start, roof section does not fit over the frame, missing parts in the kit. Multiple attempts to contact Customer Service, no answers, cannot leave a message as the mailbox is full! Sent many emails, no response from "[email protected]", their website "Contact Us" reference. They are represented on both Amazon and Costco, Buyer Beware!
