3Giving 5 stars despite their lack of parking for residents and guests. The building is always clean and the grounds well kept.
After Seniors and disabled tenants were locked out of common rooms and deemed too immature to decide if they wanted a beverage on Christmas eve. The On-Call (doesn't that mean available?) Was given the night off. Leaving over 200 units without anyone on the property minor emergency backed up toilet with water running or major earthquake or fire. I attempted to talk with the manager Liz on the fanagement.irst business d.ay and was told verbatim " It doesn't concern me and I'm not responsible. Thus there is NO discrenible management.

I love my new home. A really wonderful retirement building with plenty of amenities and pet friendly. Walking distance to the bay and shopping.
