Look no further. SOS Autocraft is the best body shop I ever been in Los Angeles. Great service all around (communication, repair etc) They worked with my insurance to get my vehicle back to original condition with using the original manufacturer parts. In addition to this, the repair and and the paint job is just amazing. They were able to match the paint so well, it is identical to the factory paint. Nothing like other body shops with orange peel paint. SOS Autocraft knows what they are doing and provide an excellent service. I highly recommend them in case you need an auto body repair. ️️️️️

Shout out to the team at SOS! After a bad door dent on a sharp body line, I went to multiple body shops in West LA and all of them were trying to get me to replace and repaint the whole door + rear quarter panel, which was estimated to cost several thousand dollars and the extent of those repairs were not needed at all. On top of that, none of them treated me kindly and brushed off my concerns about my car.

I continued researching online for other body shops around me and I came across SOS that specializes in Paintless Dent Repair. I decided to take my car there for a quote and met with the owner, David. David was super nice and helped explain each step of PDR and see if it would be the best option for me. He said that it would be a 65% improvement with PDR given the nature of the dents on the body line, but the repair estimate was much better than the other shops, so I set up an appointment with them for the following week.

Communication following up to the day of the repair was excellent. I dropped off my car in the morning of my appointment and Marketa took great care of me and my car. She told me that it should be ready by the end of the day at the latest, which was amazing. I was able to pick up my car around 2: 30pm later that day and I was so impressed with their work. They told me that there would only be a 65% improvement with the damage, but it was honestly close to 90%. I couldn’t even tell that there was anything there, plus they were able to polish the paint in that area! No need to replace the door or repaint anything (again, each case may vary.) I was so happy with the outcome.

Had to get my bumper replaced after getting rear-ended and I cannot recommend their service enough. They gave me a really fair price and explained the estimate and repair to me when I had questions. They also went out of their way to make sure to get my repair finished before they would be closed for a holiday weekend, even after the part arrived late. Marketa was so kind and texted me updates on the repair as well. When I went to pick up my car, they even gave me a free car wash. I don’t wish any car troubles on anyone, but if you do need something fixed, this is the place to come!

Had a bigger dent and a few unnoticeable dents on my car. They fixed all of them in less than three hours. Absolutely recommend their PDR service.

They are absolutely incredible! Repainted two of my Tesla Model 3 car doors due to a long scratch. You can’t even tell the doors were repainted. They also went the extra mile to remove all other scratches on the car after feeling bad about my situation! They’re incredible kind, professional, will text you updates and truly have some of the best people working to meet your needs.

They are highly experienced on identifying even small damages to my car that I haven't even noticed and also on representing customers to negotiate with the insurance company. Throughout the process, they have been very patient and supportive, explaining all the details and helping suggest best solutions. I would highly recommend this place.

My rear bumper had been damaged by the gate at my apartment. There were a few deep scratches going down through the paint into the plastic underneath. I came by to get a quote and was offered great advice about getting a touch up and a wet sanding and polish instead of a re-painting. The final product was amazing and I am very satisfied for the price and same day turnaround. The staff I worked with was all very kind and polite. Would highly recommend!

I chose this auto repair shop due to its excellent reviews; therefore, I came into my quote appointment with high expectations. I had already gone to multiple auto body shops and wanted to compare quotes. During my quote appointment at SOS, I received a quote that was more than double of any other quote I received. Thankfully I had done my research and knew exactly what my car needed. I can’t believe I had to tell them what the car needed. Once they realized that I knew what I was talking about, I finally received the quote I was looking for so I decided to give SOS my business. They told me they could Uber me home once my car was ready to be worked on, and they told me they would Uber me back to the shop once it was done. The day I dropped my car off, they said they can’t Uber me back to the shop. I am under 25 y/o and cannot rent a car + I have no one else to drive me to the shop. They continued to tell me that my repair does not give them much profit and that they cannot drive me back to the shop to pick up my car. I feel very undervalued as a costumer and do not want to work with this shop in the future.

David and everyone were very professional and made sure my car was taken care of every step of the way and was notified on everything that was going to be done to the car. Literally brought peace of mind knowing my car was in great hands. I am a very picky person when it comes to my car getting serviced, and leaving the car to get worked on here just felt right and knew the car would literally be in great hands. Brought another vehicle to SOS so they could work their magic. This time, it was for dent removal and a full detail with paint correction. Dents and swirls are no more (see pics). No matter what they do, their work is top notch. One of my friend's got full body work/paint done here years ago and their car still looks perfect. Can't say the same for one of my cars that has a peeling clear coat - done by another shop. I've had to learn the hard way that prep/skill/quality of materials all matter.duh. Anywho, thanks again to the SOS team for helping me out!

These guys do not mess around when it comes to the customer. I really felt like I was their number one priority. My car needed repairs in different areas with multiple panels. They did an absolutely wonderful job. My car looks better then when I purchased it. 100% pick them. They will fight tooth and nail with the insurance company!
