SOS Customz was awesome. I bought a streethunter wing and front lip for my 2022 C8 and only trusted them to put it on since they install a lot of these. Besides their amazing work their customer service was excellent. They called me several times throughout the install to give me an update on when they belive it was going to be completed since I was coming from several hours away. I will be using them again!

I had some body work done at another shop and they didn't do the best job. Brought it to Oscar and he fixed it. Looks so much better now. Highly recommend the SOS crew. I wish I would have went there first.

I've used SOS customs for installing a new soft top on my 2006 MX5 Miata. They did a fantastic job and less expensive than others in the area. Recently, my Miata had a check engine light. My friends and I were convinced it was a blown head gasket. They were able to figure out that we didnt bleed the coolant system completely and fixed the problem the same day. This saved me thousands of dolllars. I can't say how grateful I am to find a fast, efficient, and honest mechanic in North County San Diego. I recommend them without reservation and will continue to use them in the future.

I’d like to start off by saying that I was impressed by the professionalism & customer service provided by SOS. I was referred over by a friend to have some work done on my front end after a minor accident. Oscar was very helpful throughout the entire process, from dealing with my insurance to keeping me updated. I am very pleased to say the least with their work. They left my car looking brand new, they went as far as detailing my car inside & out. The turn around time was fairly quick, I would definitely recommend their services to everyone.

Amazingggg, before this I tried two shops and neither were able to paint match it. I brought in my 99’ Firebird to SOS with scuffed kandy paint and a cracked taillight. They paint matched it IDENTICAL. If you love ur car and ur nervous about bringing your car to them, don’t be. They’re super helpful, you can tell they love cars by the way they’ll treat yours and others. I’d happily drive to them again for future modifications.

Took my car in for convertible top. The installed it wrong and then blame me. They installed it 3 inches too short so I cant close the top. It is hit and miss with these folks. They refused to make it right. When they worked on my brakes, they hung up on my way home and overheated. As for the Owners response, I understand that Saul does incredible work. My complaint was with Sandra, the owner of the part of the shop that does the interiors of the cars. She directed me to get the top from her vendor and that she would install it. When they goofed that up they blamed the very manufacturer they referred me to. As to my interior, that came out pretty good but with some exceptions. IE, they used drywall screws through the backs of my front seats, cracking the seat backs. The seat belts they installed do not retract and lock in place. So, I have extremely long seatbelt that would do not help in an accident. Please read behind the lines. This company does not stand behind their work.

Saul and his crew did an amazing job with our tour van! They kept us informed along the which which made the process easy for us. Customer service was fantastic and the van came out gorgeously! They did quality work and treated our van like it was their own.

Wow what a place and cars but warning they will waste your time with lies and promises but in the end won't do anything total waist of time

Great place! The Insurance place was taking forever to get back to them. So they called me and we did a 3 wat call. Got my truck back and it looks even better than it did before!

SOS Customz replaced my BMW Z3 plastic window. Work was done in a timely and professional manner. My convertible top had to be removed and new window sewn in. No easy job and results look great. Nice people to work with. Thank you SOS for a job well done!

TLDR: Saul and Oscar at SOS Customz did an amazing job color-matching and reupholstering the drivers seat in my BMW!

The driver’s seat of your car is where you spend the most time and I could no longer deal with a the dry and cracked vinyl on my BMW. A co-worker recommended SOS and I was able to swing by one day where I was met with great service from Saul who took the time to match the material and provide and extremely fair quote to fix the seat. Once the material arrived, I dropped the car off and was told to pick it up 4 days later.
A few days after, I got a call from Oscar saying that the material had arrived but the color did not match so he asked if I could come down and approve a new material. Thankfully I had some time to go over, and Oscar spent over 30 minutes with me looking at swatches to find the perfect match.

Oscar said their number one goal is to match the material so perfectly, it looks like it just rolled out of the factory. And I’m happy to report that statement is 100% true! I cannot thank Saul and Oscar enough for the care and craftsmanship that came with taking my car to SOS and recommend the shop to anyone.
