SOS owner Jeff was incredible! This class went beyond the "disaster prep lists" we always receive for what we truly need and why. He encouraged us to use items from home, as well as different products available in different stores (even pet stores). I'm telling friends & family to take the workshop! Will be ordering some innovative products from his store!

Jeff's presentation was excellent as always. He gave a broad overview of what everyone needs to think about in getting prepared for any disaster that may strike. His focus on solutions for power outages covered many different ways to maintain sources of power for whatever one needs during an extended outage. Great job, Jeff! Thanks!

I'm sorry for the rating but your speaker sounded unprepared or unfamiliar with the topic. Then there's his delivery; I can only stand so many "ums" & "ahs". I'd love to try again. But with a different, more prepared, speaker.

Although I try to keep our family and home prepared, this session provided me with a number of additional ideas. Thanks to Jeff and anyone else who had a hand in putting this together!

The Disaster Preparedness class was great. Very informative, but not overwhelming. Cannot wait for the upcoming clearance sale - loved their in person sales at LAUSD headquarters. The only thing that stopped this from being a 5 star review was the lack of muting of all microphones. Do not know who the crazy woman was that would randomly interrupt the class which was very distracting.

Excellent assortment of survival and disater preparedness products. Affordable Prices, great value! Be prepared for camping or a natural disaster, go to SOS. Get your N95 masks there too!

The manager (latina lady in back room) was rude and needs to check her tone and words correctly. The CSR was really nice. I like this store, decently priced. They have it all.
